Got it for the office in an area that doesn’t usually get good reception. We use the antenna (wire) and it works perfectly. We get many compliments on it!

Warranty
Customer service honored the one year warranty on our Infant Optics DXR-8 that's antenna broke. They were quick to respond and clear in instructions for return.

Boost service very well
Works great easy to install. wish it came with a couple different mounting bracket’s for the antenna for different options to mount it. Helps out in low service areas.

I have this monitor and it works great. I had a small issue with the antenna the customer service was very quick to send me a replacement.

Very good monitor has all the functions you need.
Our first one has the antenna break after a year of using it. When asked about it they replaced the whole monitor for free! Great monitor and great company!

Great booster
I had a slight problem with the product when first shipped. I called the company and they sent the missing antenna although it took a week to get it. The booster works great

Its good. But not magic.
Its not magic but it works pretty well. I use it when parked in areas with very weak signal.It can't create signal where none exists and it might be a hinderance in an area with good signal.Anyone who buys one of these should think of it like a megaphone (but bidirectional). Your phone talks into it and gets amplified. The closer your phone is to the "mic" the louder it is. If it gets too loud you get feedback. And the "sound" you get through the "megaphone" is going to not be as high quality. This works both ways. The distance between the phone and the internal antenna, the distance between the tower and the external antenna, the position of the external antenna, the external and internal antennas surroundings and the frequency of the band will all make a difference as to how well this device will perform.I have also tried connecting a directional antenna on a pole to this device with great success (when camping).Overall I'm very happy with it.

Radio not great!
Very good Bluetooth Radio with load clean sound quality, but the only flaw with the device is tuning and saving radio stations also the detachable antenna is a very poor idea!
