64 Gigabytes of storage on a chip the size of your little fingernail.
I bought my first computer in 1967. It cost $2800 and it had 4 kilobytes of RAM. I couldn't afford to upgrade to 8 kilobytes,This is 64 freaking GIGABYTES of storage on a chip the size of a fingernail!I bought it for my wife because she only had 32 Gigabytes of storage in her camera. It was embarrassing her.The chip is fine, by the way.

Love this product
Works great for my new Canon EOS Rebel SL1 kit I just purchased. You might ask yourself why would you need this product? I for one, never have to worry about where I put the lens cap, or losing it for that matter. It's right around the neck of my lens, and when I'm done taking a shot, I just put it back on.

Good, but does not work with s8plus back camera.
The lens is significantly larger and sturdier feeling than other cheaper lenses in the market. The quality is also very nice. You can tell that itfeels like a glass lens. Only problem is that, it does not fit a Samsung as it says in the title. The clamp falls short. I really really wish they would just provide a longer wider clamp, and this would be perfect. The selfie light that it comes with is also verynice with three intensity settings.

Had the camera for a while now
Camera is a great little camera that I mainly bought to play around with and shoot some action video (not really picture taking).I chose this camera over a gopro for the simple reason that it was less expensive, yet still provided functions that I needed like motorcycle mount, strap mount (for custom made chest mount for sports), and dash cam. all these were metPros i didnt see in other reviews:120fps allows for some excellent slow mo shooting which is hard to find on less expensive action cams. this cam has it, shoots pretty well, but you need a lot of light (indoors wasnt great, but outdoors worked well). Indoors the shutter speed must not allow enough light in, resulting in dark resultswaterproof case comes with it.. I haven't used it underwater yet so I cant account for the quality of shots. one thing to note, I threw the case on the camera to protect it from bugs when I took the bike out for a spin and there was moisture in the case. 30minutes into the ride and the lens of the case fogged over. id suggest you make sure you dont let moisture in there/ wipe the case down with IPA or something equivalentCons:When the camera shakes on the bike, usually around 35 40 mph, the camera does some funny video wavy video effects. i havent noticed that when mounted to my body/car, but should be notedmounts that screw in only seem to screw in partially.. i mean the screw does not engage past a little over 1 turn. typical screws should turn in more than twice to fully secure whatever they are attached tothe camera comes with an rf controller (like a tv remote). the receiver is next to the lens in the upper left corner (see the pictures included on the amazon page). the tough part is that you need to be facing the camera from the front to activate the camera/video. depending on the setting (it starts on video mode) you cant use the other mode (so if you are set to video, you cannot shoot a picture). Also, the case covers most of the rf receiver, making it all the harder to use the remotethe playback frequently freezes the camera if you have shot with the 120fps. id suggest not using it and instead upload it to your computer (works fine with vlc and even media player). Also if the camera freezes, you have to use a pin to press the reset button... holding down the power button doesnt work making this quite a task if you dont have pinLastly, the camera does not have that heavy-quality feel, but the quality of the videos and pictures makes up for thatAlex

Bought it for my trip to Europe - Took amazing pho
Excellent product. Love the wide lens. I bought it for my trip to Europe and took wonderful shots with it! At least 40-50% more in the photo.Unfortunately, the lens clip broke because I carried it around my pocket but their customer service was quick to send me a replacement one!I was so happy with this product that I bought it a second time because I have since lost the first one on my travels.

Perfect!!
My first photoshoot with this lens was of our 5 month old son and I adore how these quick photos turned out! I wish I had this lens years ago! We’re taking our family photos for the holiday season and to save money I decided we’ll just have our own family photoshoot. I’m looking forward to seeing how the turn out!

Not recommended for buyers outside North America
I was happy with this snappy little camera's numerous features after picking it up on a trip to the States till it died on me a month later. The screen went black, exactly as though it had the lens cap on (it didn't). I contacted the supplier and, after some suggestions of which none made any difference, they eventually offered to send a replacement. Great! Or maybe not so great - after 24 hours of humming and hawing, they told me they could not mail to an address outside North America. I had to trouble a friend in the State to send it on to me.The replacement has operated perfectly in occasional use for 6 months or so now. Great camera, but not for us Europeans as the service is quite inadequate.

Best for Sports - Not for Time-lapse
Ok. now that I've gotten more experience with my GoPro Hero 5 Sports camera. Mostly with time-lapse. Here are some things I have learned.1. GoPro only takes photos in RAW format if time between photos is 5 seconds or greater. This is not good for those of us who like to use RAW information to edit photos. Or, prefer not to lose information while converting from JPG to DNG. Time-lapse with 5 seconds time frames are ok for time-lapse videos that are meant to be at a fast pace.2. Aperture on the GoPro is a fixed F2.8. For those who don’t know. This is the iris of a lens. On a real camera, you can adjust the size of the iris to control the amount of light to the camera sensor. F2.8 is a very wide iris. It is allowing for as much light as possible to pass through the lens and on to the sensor. And, another note on F-stop. It’s also used to control the Depth of Field in a photo.3. GoPro uses ISO to try and adjust the sensitivity of the sensor to light. The tradeoff is that too much of an adjustment, that allows more light, creates noise in your photos. Or an adjustment towards less light makes your photo too dark. If you are wanting to compensate in post editing, its best to go adjust from light to dark. There is still noise in the photo. It is just not as easily seen.4. GoPro Shutter speed. Absolute no control. You could be making the best time-lapse you’ve ever made, and suddenly, the shutter speed on the GoPro changes right in the middle of your time-lapse. Forcing you to make the choice of either deleting or shortening your time-lapse. I would say that this is the most frustrating part of the GoPro currently.Overall. If I were to ask GoPro to make changes to their cameras. It would be to have better control of light with shutter speed. Maybe have them create advanced software for those of us who would like more control over the camera. I understand the fixed lens, as it is a sports point of view camera. Usually, sports activities are in well-lit areas without too much change in light. ISO control for the moment on the camera seems to be ok.In the meantime, I’ll continue to play with the GoPro until my new toy arrives sometime in February. I’ve learned quite a bit about camera gear since I’ve gotten my little GoPro.

Great camera for the new or hobby photographer
I have always loved to take pictures. I received my first SLR camera, a Canon Rebel G2, when I was teenager and experimented with that for a while but never really took it past that. Many years later with the birth of my first child, I decided I really wanted to actively pursue photography as a hobby. After a few weeks of researching DSLR's I decided this was the one for me. It struck the ideal balance between features and price and seems to be a great camera for me to grow with. Sure, there might not be as many features as the T3i or T2i but for the price I really can't ask for a better camera. The camera feels very light which could explain why many refer to the "cheap" build quality in their reviews. However, there is nothing wrong with the build quality. With the right settings the pictures I have taken come out crisp and clear with a generally nice white balance. The menus, buttons, and dial are simple and easy to navigate through. The camera is easy enough for someone who is not familiar with DSLR's to take great photos using the preset modes. My husband took some lovely outdoor pictures of me and my son using the "Portrait" preset. The burst shooting is pretty good when shooting in JPEG (~3 fps) but slows down noticeably in RAW and fills the buffer after just a few shots. This hasn't really been an issue for me yet, though down the road it could prove problematic. The cons for me include not having a rubberized grip and the indoor white balance issue. As someone who is rather clumsy at times I would prefer to have a rubberized grip to help me keep a better grip on my camera but to overcome this I have resorted to just using my camera strap. The white balance is generally good but I have noticed that when shooting in low lighting there tends to be a rather annoying orange cast to the photos even when changing the white balance settings. This is easily overcome with some post-processing tweaks though. There are small issues, most notably with the indoor low-light white balance, but they are easily worked around. For me, the kit lens leaves a lot to be desired. I recently picked up the
Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II Camera Lens
and I was not disappointed. My photos went from nice to "Wow! You took that?" I would highly recommend getting the Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II lens with this camera.Overall, the Rebel T3 is a very nice entry-level DSLR capable of producing fantastic results for those looking to get started with DSLR photography and are on a budget.
