 I recently purchased a Canon M50 MkII. I bought the camera for taking video. I find that most of the reviews of this camera don't seem to talk much (or at all) about that. More specifically, I take video of trains - both real and model railroads. After purchasing the kit with the 15-45mm lens, I quickly determined that the zoom end was not far enough out. I looked for other lenses for this model, and determined that there's not much. I like the camera, but the lack of lenses is a bummer. I saw this product. pop up in the list. I waffled on it for a few days, but finally thought that for $38 it was worth a try.I don't know that I could be happier with this thing so far - just got it yesterday. I have a couple of other Canon cameras, DSLRs I use for stills, so I already have a Canon 18-135mm ISTM lens. I mounted it to a tripod last evening with it's tripod mount and captured the only train from last night after I got trackside. I'm going to try to attach the video to my review. You will see the light is low, sunset was at 8:42 last night. The train came by at 8:35. I was hoping to get more in today, but so far it's a slow day on the rails. If I have more to add, I may update the review.

I really like this camera. My son is only 4, he has never used an electronic before of any kind and was able to use this right out of the box. He absolutely loves it.Pros:Easy to useThe camera lens flips so selfies can be taken. It is super cool!Compact but still plenty big for a above average sized 4 year old.Comes with a water proof case and an every day case with lanyard.Cons:It looks like he will grow out of it in the next 2 years because it is small.Color quality is not the greatest. Everything seems more black and white even when in a well lit area.Overall, we are happy with it and would purchase again.

I have a wireless Noorio on my back patio. Keeps the charge for months, better than my other cameras. The ring at my front door is slow and misses more than it gets. So I got the new security camera for the front porch facing the front door. Now I know when I get a package from Amazon or someone at my door. It was easy enough to mount on the stucco. The magnet makes it secure, but easy to remove or redirect. Charges fast. Wide angle lens. Best of all I don’t have to pay to use the camera and save videos. It was simple to add the Noorio app to my iPhone. I’m a happy shopper.

we upgraded to this monitor and camera when we had our 2nd child and wish we had it sooner! it has great range and reception within our 2 story house and it's very easy to use. we bought a 2nd monitor (i think it's capable up to 4 cameras) and a wide angle lens for our newborn and it's been great! you can control the camera very well and the interchangeable lens makes it easy to use the camera wherever you mount it. We currently have ours mounted on the wall for one kid and on the ceiling for the other kid. we really like how you can alternate cameras and the lights let you know when someone is crying. my only improvement would be to make the "on/charging" light on the monitor a little more dim, we place electrical tape over it to reduce the glow at night.they have one of the best customer service teams I've interacted with, which would make me buy this again in a heartbeat alone! they are very responsive and walked us through some troubleshooting to fix our monitor challenges right away. They also offered some help on parts and what to get so that it was such an easy process to go through.i will continue to recommend this product to everyone we know!

Just got back from a 2-week overseas trip with this camera. Here are my thoughts:-The sharpness of the videos and photos is great. The sound came out great as well.-The app is finicky when using it as a viewfinder. It would lag and freeze. But since the yi 4k has a screen, I didn't need to rely on the app much.-I recorded 50+ videos. Out of those videos, I noticed that 4 of them did not sync with the sound. I didn't touch the settings but the picture in the video was moving faster than the sound. The sound lagged a few seconds behind. All of the videos were recorded in 1080, 60fps.-The electronic image stabilization and the lens distortion correction are both excellent. However, when recording with both features turned on, the videos had a blur effect that makes it hard to watch. I had to either turn on EIS or lens correction, but not both.-Battery life is awesome. I brought spare batteries along with me but hardly had to use them.-One major issue I had was that a few times during the trip, the camera would not turn off. It was still able to record and do everything, but it would not shut off, and the only way was to take out the battery and put it back in. Pretty inconvenient but not a deal-breaker.Overall, I'm impressed with the camera and would recommend it to others who are thinking about getting it. I do hope that Yi fixes the above issues in the future.

The camera and monitor set was working great for 10 months but the camera unit started beeping randomly a couple of months ago. I contacted the seller and they had me download some software patches but the beeping did not go away. I informed them and they shipped out a replacement set. It came within a couple of days and the replacement set works great. I did not have to send back the defective unit so now I have a couple of extra charging accessories for the new unit. I'm rating it a 4 star because of the defective original unit. If not for that, this would be a 5 star for video and sound quality. Night vision is good too, just remember to use the lens attachment for better picture.

Ye gods!!!! This thing is no bigger than a soda can and weighs almost nothing. The quality of the lens is fantastic. I zoomed into my computer from about thirty feet away and was able to read a Wiki article through the camera. The menus take a little getting used to, but this thing is really pretty decent. Sound quality could be a tiny bit better, but everything you need is here. They've even got this cool setup where the USB is actually attached to the camera and tucks into the hand strap so you won't lose it. Charging wire is separated and easily connects. I wouldn't want to drop this on concrete as it doesn't look like it's built for punishment.

Thus Far I have really enjoyed the insta360 ONE R. I mostly use it for the dual lens (360 view) and it takes a lot of pressure off of having to frame everything perfectly. The computer and IOS apps are great and provide a lot of powerful capabilities that would otherwise make shooting in 360 overly daunting. The overall color of the footage is excellent, with some minor stitching issues showing up here and there. However, that being said I think this is definitely worth the money and learning how to use a new camera. Do make sure that you get a high quality and high capacity micro SD to go along with this camera since 360 video takes up a lot of memory.
