CRITICAL CLARIFICATIONS of PROGRAMMING!!!
PLEASE READ these troubleshooting instructions. Important details NOT in booklet or a lengthy how-to review:1) Factory reset: hold R button for 6+ seconds otherwise it won’t work. Not a quick press.2) HANDLE IDENTIFICATION: MUST have bolt OPEN (unlocked) to tell the orientation (left vs right) before programming. Put Bolt in retracted position before starting.3) All programming MUST be with bolt already in the retracted (unlocked position).The lock is great, but these critical details are NOT clearly listed in the instruction.
