Terrible customer service
Worked, until it failed after 3 months. Wrote customer service. It's only a $6 item but I assumed a quick email will get me a replacement. Not so. First, I had to fill a long form and submit evidence.... Then I was contacted with a request for additional information... I said most of the information has been submitted, but the answer was that the information on the submission is not available to the representative (imagine the incompetence!).... Then I was asked for a zoom image of this nail-size item (to capture the item number, which is not there at all, but was in my receipt). At this point I said "Enough. Send me a replacement or forget it"... To which the answer was "Can't. Company policy". I have never encountered such customer-hostile service. And what kind of company would not give its service representatives permission to use their judgement and waive the rules on $6 items?!

Impressive Camera and can't beat the price!
This is my second Akaso camera. My wife loved the first one so much, that i had to get my own. Everything works great and easy to use. Picture/Video quality is amazing. Included are a lot of accessories that allow you to mount it on to almost anything. However, I do wish there were some type lens cover for protection on the case. Amazon has additional accessories packs for around 25$, which provided me everything i can possibly imagine one would need.

Fantastic strap - Perfect for large heavy lens - C
A brilliant product I can now carry my heavy 500 lens on walks looking for wildlife to snap. upto 2hrs no problem. Easy to carry with weight distribution Easy to lift camera for shooting. Check this and other Black Rapid products out Great vid's to which show off range very well. I emailed support to ask about my set up and received very good info before purchase through Amazon , and proved to be exactly as specified. Would recommend fully.

It really works.
I was so impressed by this camera! I have borrowed my friend's gopro and I enjoyed using this one just as much! I did buy the dive filter lens to help with color. I wish it had external mic option like the crosstour 4k does that my fiance purchased, it did come with more mounts and has a touch screen though. You won't be disappointed! I also purchased an accessory mount kit and now we are set for our future adventures together!

Good quality, simple, & add ons
Purchased this webcam for my online class zoom meetings after the last one I had broke and it’s been 10x better of an experience. Professor requires a certain angle to show our workspace and I used to have to move my entire set up to the side with the camera on top of my laptop, but now since this comes with a tripod (which is actually really sturdy with bendable legs and just screws into the camera), it makes it super easy without a hassle or being inconvenient. The quality is also extremely good, it doesn’t skew with the lighting and color like some cameras do, and the quality is very clear within the entire view. This camera also has a built in cover on the lens which I really like cause you don’t have to unplug the whole thing to ensure that the view won’t show for incase you accidentally turn your camera on or something like that, or if you like to block your camera in general it just makes it easy for you. Really good price for a good quality webcam and sturdy tripod if you need something affordable and easy to manage.

Good little camera, but has some quirks
This is a good little camera. I've had this camera set up for several months now. I have it mounted in a position where it can monitor both back doors on my house and with the 320 degree turn, I can pan it around to see what's going on in my entire back yard. The software is easy to set up and use. I only gave it four stars because occasionally the camera will go offline and refuse to reconnect to the wifi and/or internet automatically. This usually happens after there has been an ISP outage. In those situations, reconnection usually requires power cycling the camera which can be quite annoying if you're away and want to check on how things are going back home. Also there is an issue with sensitivity. Alerts are always being generated any time a bug flies in view of the camera lens which, during the warmer months, happens all night long. I've adjusted the sensitivity down as low as it will go and still get bug alerts. I recommend it for manual monitoring only until the sensitivity issue can be resolved.

Makes macro easy
This product is amazing! Very easy to use, just clip over your camera lens. Here’s a couple tips: take off your phone case, take multiple pics of your subject from multiple distances (you’ll have to get close). I just clip it onto my backpack’s shoulder strap and pop it on my phone when I find an interesting subject. Here’s a bee I found sleeping in a cactus flower taken with an iPhone 8 Plus.

Nice camera for the money!!! Great features!
I was so excited to receive my camera! The camera looks just as pictured on the site. It included a cute black strap with white hearts on it as well. I got this camera for vlogging and taking pictures at events. I would consider myself an amateur. The camera came with 2 batteries, a charger cord, an SD card, a wide angle lens attachment, and instructions for both the camera and the app. The part that sold me on it was the wifi compatibility. It will make everything so much easier if I can share pictures and video while shooting on location. It's easy enough to start taking pictures without reading instructions but definitely need to read the instructions to take advantage of all the features. Instructions are easy to read. Diagrams are accurate. Photos and videos both look very clear from what I can see. Video doesn't seem to lag when moving fast. Zoom is great and detail still shows from long range. Battery life is OK. Would love to have a separate charger included for the batteries along with one extra battery which would have made my overall rating 5 stars.
