I have used only one of the 4 pack of these so far.I have iPhones and iPads but did not realize I would have to register this with the Apple Home app which I do not normally use. I though it was just enabled to use with it.Setup was easy although they did not say anything about connecting it to Alexa so I did nothing about that right away and within a few hours Alexa was telling me it had found the switch and was offering to connect it and that worked fine.I have not used any of its scheduling functions.My disappointment is with the app's energy monitoring.What it shows on screen one is:* Today's current power, total power* Past 7 days average power and total power* Past 30 days average and total powerScreen two is:* Today's current run time and total run time* Past 7 days average run time and total run time* Past 30 days average run time and total run timeThis is totally useless for outlets that turned on all the time and fairly meaninglessfor scheduled on and off time since you probably know pretty much what you set it to do.In other words, ON time is probably not the useful.And, I see no way to reset the energy meters for monitoring different appliances.I assume "Today" means midnight to midnight but they do not say and the averages appear tobe just continuous forever since no way to restart them.It sorely needs:* Hourly energy usage so you can see how much is being used during peak and off-peak rate periods.* A graph of the hourly usage over a significant period of time like 30 days* A simple way to reset the meters* A way to set energy usage periods to align with electricity provider rate periods.I have given this same information to the manufacturer as feedback in the app.The current energy monitoring is bare minimum.

Highly recommend this product yes there will be some issues however the support team at gysker is so supportive I had an issue and they communicate with me regularly to resolve my issue that’s what I was looking for the after sale service also please register the product with the company it makes it easier excellent support we need more company like that well done

I love it. Great product. Only potential negative is that the app is a bit delayed in showing status of lock/unlock and may lead you to double tapping the lock/unlock button which will leave the smart lock in the original state as it does register the action.

We bought a stack of these after using a single echo dot for many years for home automation. The sound quality difference is huge, we happily listen to music on these. And the multi room music is very cool. But… we now have a stack of these and they often don’t register their wake up word. In a quiet room, three feet from the speaker, it sometimes won’t register. It makes me feel like I have to yell at it, which is unfortunate. The old echo dot is still easier to wake up. Hopefully something can be done in a software update.

Great value for the price and perfect for my Mac / Windows workflow using exFat. I can't comment on the software, since I formatted once I received it. Make sure to register this product on WD website for warranty! Its not a matter of "if" the drive fails, its a matter of when. They're really good with their tech support and warranty fulfillment WHEN it does fail. Take care!!

Writing after a month usage.Sound and clarity is good.Register your product in JBL site after purchase.Have been mainly using for online classes and listening songs. So was satisfied with the product.
