 I really like this solar wireless backup camera kit. All you really have to do to get it working is charge the camera, activate it with the included card pin and power up the monitor. Just mount the camera panel (4” x 3”) wherever you want using the double-sided 3M tape, slide the camera in and mount the monitor using the suction cup mount. For monitor power you can use the adapter that plugs into the 12 volt accessory socket or hardwire it (the adapter has an on-off switch). It’s pretty simple. I’ve installed wired cameras and it’s not much fun. This is so much easier. Almost anyone should be able to set this up. I tested the camera inside the house (too much rain at the moment to mount the camera) and it works well (see video). The picture is clear. There’s a bunch of settings you can adjust to tailor the camera to fit your needs. For testing I turned off the backup guidelines and set the camera turnoff time to manual. The instructions are quite clear and there’s a link and QR code for an installation video. This camera is well worth the money.

The camera itself is amazing for the price. The picture is clear and the option to store video on a local SD card is just what I wanted. The range of motion is impressive and it's quiet and unobtrusive.The real issue is the software. It's usable but frustrating. If you want to manually move the camera remotely, the controls are poor to awful. There is a joystick button, but it disappears after you touch it. When the joystick is not on the screen, the camera will only move in the opposite direction in which you swipe on the screen. For example, if you want the camera to point up, you have to swipe down on the screen. And one swipe will completely overshoot where you want the camera to point. Thankfully, the motion tracking capability in the camera works very well and you don't often need to manually point the camera. However, those times that you do is poor user experience. .Also, there is a permanent ad link in the video record page that doesn't go away no matter how many times you click the little "x" button. If the software improves, this camera would get all 5 stars.I only wish they made an outdoor camera this functional for this price.

This 4k camera has very nice quality. I swapped out one of my 2k cameras and it was as simple as unplugging an RJ45 connector and plugging it back in to this camera. Setup is a breeze. The resolution is very high. I get more viewing area than my previous camera. The night vision is great even though there are no visible IR LEDs. My other cameras have a bunch of red glowing IR lights that can be seen at night, which can give away the fact that a camera is present. This camera is easy to adjust since the camera is a ball shape that sits inside the main mounting hardware. Just grab the camera and turn any direction you need. The coolest upgrade was the integrated one-way audio. I have this camera at my front door and can hear everything. No extra setup or wiring needed. It's all built into the PoE connection. The quality build of the cameras feels very sturdy and strong.

This review is for the Akaso V50X action camera which is currently not in stock on Amazon. I can certainly understand why as this is an excellent action camera. Why pay more when you can buy a fully capable camera at a fraction of the cost? I purchased this camera for my eight year old son for his birthday. He absolutely loves it. It is so intuitive and easy to use. We bought it so he could produce his own videos for YouTube. This camera is perfect for that. Seriously, I've been blown away at the quality that you receive for the price. This camera has excellent battery life. It takes great video under water, too! The camera build quality is very nice. It seems like it will hold up over time. In the event that we ever need to purchase another action camera, it will definitely be another Akaso product. This is a no brainer insta buy in my book.

I use this conference camera for video conferences several hours a day from my home office. It works great with Zoom conferencing, Google Hangouts, and Skype. It adapts to multiple lighting situations, and performs echo cancelation well.This stays on my desk adjacent to my monitor. The "stick" elevates the camera to almost eye level. The elevated camera position next to the monitor enables me to communicate with distant work partners eye to eye in video conferences. Poor camera positioning on cameras without the "stick" prevents eye to eye communications and can make video calls awkward.I love the camera's remote control, zoom, and the ability to rotate on the X and Y axes. It works great when moving between my desk and a whiteboard during video conference calls with my distant co-workers.The "stick" portion of the device is sufficient for holding and positioning the camera, but it can be a fragile. Reasonable caution must be taken when placing the camera in your room. It should be placed out of harm's way. A moderate bump will send the "stick" one direction and the camera ball rolling in another decapitating the head of the camera.

I ordered this camera because I noticed that during my Zoom meetings, my image was not clear. As soon as I installed the camera and switched from my laptop camera to this one, I saw the difference! I was amazed. The before image with my laptop camera was grainy and cloudy. With this camera, the image was clear and bright. I wish I would have bought this camera a while back since now I really look a lot clearer on the screen. I do a lot of Zoom presentations and this camera works very well. It is very light weight and fits on the top of your laptop screen . I like the fact that I can move it aroung which helps when I change my background or I am trying to cover/hide something behind me when I present. The microphone works well as well. I would recommend this camera to anyone who is looking at projecting a sharper, clearer, and more professional image.

Since installing my CCTV system,  I wanted a PTZ camera that I could control remotely. IP cameras offered that ability plus a better image. I took a chance with this  and so far it’s everything that I wanted in a PTZ camera for my home.The camera was plug and play with my Amcrest NVR. After years of using a joystick controller to control my previous  PTZ  camera, I'm excited to have the ability to drive the camera around from my phone when I'm away from home.  The optical zoom is outstanding, giving me  the ability to read license plates from over 200 yards (182 meters).Another win for this camera is the ability to tilt 15 degrees above the horizon. Having owned several other brands of PTZ, this really really impressed me. The speed with which the camera rotated was also impressive. One of the cons I saw mentioned was the size. It's  a full 4 inches taller and 2 inches wider than the camera it replaced. I will agree this camera is quite large and intimidating but I wanted it to be visible as a deterrent for potential package thieves,  etc.

So it was silly of me to trust "other sellers bought this" to match my camera type with this case without making measurements. It arrived but my camera didn't fit! The case itself is pretty sturdy and nicely compact. I'll pass it on to someone who has a smaller camera.
