Hight so you can get eye level with your camera view .
Really good ,and loverly hand grip, but the hand strap is to small , and i could not put my hand though , and hold the hand grip , which is a shame ,Over all a great value for the money , would recommend it , and has a steel spike at the bottom to dig into the ground , which a lot do not have .

and from the inside the view is brown tint and from the outside they are mirror finish but the best think is the strap. With double pull sliding clips all you have to do is pull them away from each other, one hand on each. Also works in reverse by pushing the clips towards each other.

Simple, easy to setup and use.

Great change from a neck strap
From the first time I saw this hand strap I thought is was a great idea and I'm very happy. The neck strap was always uncomfortable so I carried my cameras most of the time.

Bushnell range finder
This unit works well it light fits the palm of your hand good and is light. Only thing no strap comes with it.
