great starter tripod
The good: like it, gets the job done, everything works just fine, all types of dimensional changes possible, even has a hook to hang weights, the camera snaps in and out very quickly,.The bad: not a lot, it feels a little flimsy, not really the best quality, so I wouldn't rely on it for heavy duty use.overall: if you're like me and just need the occasional tripod to get your long exposure shots every once in a while, this is perfect for the price, but if you're going to be using it all the time, I would go with a more expensive/more heavy duty choice.

Heavy duty, and long lasting.
Very heavy duty, bulbs are lasting a very long time. I use this strand nightly for hours. Highly recommend.
