It’s a fun tripod to play with for film
This is one of the most versatile tripods I've used. There are a lot of options for configuring it, from the normal straight up position, to the inverted position (great for macro and close-up photography!). The top section can be positioned at a 90 angle to the main shaft, with a ball in the center, so my camera can be rotated 360 degrees at the end of the arm - this is great for video when I want a nice, smooth pan. Its also great for taking panoramic photos- my camera lines up on the top of tripod and rotates around it, so I can get nice, level shots which are better for stitching into panoramas. One leg is detachable, for use as a monopod, and unlike other ones I've tried, this one actually comes on and off easily!Overall the design is wonderful. The tripod is very lightweight, and it comes in a very rugged carry bag too.I'm quite pleased with this tripod and have already gotten some very good use out of it!

Works as expected when used properly
Bought this one to fit my larger lens. It's amazing how many people don't understand that the polarization is only effective when shooting with the sun to either side.

Getting the camera set up wasn't too bad. Depends
We bought this to keep an eye on the kids if we leave them at home on short trips to the store or something similar. Getting the camera set up wasn't too bad. Depends how tech savvy you are. It can connect through Ethernet cable or WiFi. Can it be hacked? Probably, but if you have a password on your WiFi with the password that you set up with the camera itself you should be fine. You will need to download the Amcrest app to your phone, or you can go online to their website to see the camera feed. When you first turn it on it takes a little less than a minute to initialize. This includes connecting to the internet and the camera moving through all its positions. With the app you can control the camera in different ways. Side to side, up and down. The camera has a speaker and microphone too so you can listen and speak through it. Quality is good, but not great. There are many more uses from the app but this is the extent to which we use it.Quality of the picture is pretty good. It's only 2mp but it doesn't really need to be better than that. I would have liked to have a better view up and down. Maybe if it had a wide angle lens. Other than that it works great and I am happy with my purchase.

Finally relief for a first time mom!
We recently had the Owlet Camera and with that one being a WiFi based monitor and you need the app on your phone we found it very stressful as new parents when the camera would go black and just spin and/or we couldn’t hear our baby who was in the other room. That’s when we started searching for a new monitor, and that’s when we found Infant Optics! No WiFi needed - awesome!Separate parent monitor - perfect!Being able to always see and hear our baby - amazing! The different zoom lens options is also a huge plus!We only have one baby now but we can add cameras to our current set and check on all of our babies from one monitor!

Well worth a buy for 1st time parents like me
Just got this for my newborn. Love it, thus far. Here's my review:Pros:- Solid video quality (have the Zoom lens), though the night time video is especially good- The rotating camera and ability to quietly traverse a room while my baby naps is very good- I like having a dedicated, portable screen to watch, especially given all of the setting you're able to toggle and control- The sound monitoring is VERY good- Love the ability to see the temperature of a room -- good for knowing whether or not my baby is hot or cold or if ready-to-use formula will last in thereCons:- Recharging the monitor unit takes forever, tbh; 7 hours is a while- Video quality is good but could be crisperAll in all -- AMAZING camera and a strong recommend.

Fiddly but Works!
I'm giving this 4 stars - 5 stars for what it does, and 3 stars for the fiddly.I use a Panasonic Lumix G6 MFT camera, and use full-size DSLR lenses with adapters for telephoto along with the occasional adapter that doubles the focal length of the kit lens. Hey, I'm on a budget! The Booster absolutely performs as advertised. When I first got it, I noticed that it was, well, *plasticky* and didn't feel very strong. It came with two adapters for the hot shoe (which I promptly misplaced but found again), and full directions. It took a bit of fiddling with the shoe mounts to get it seated correctly on the camera. I found that the only way to get it to perform properly was with one of the shoe adapters. With an adapter and the Booster in place, miracles happen.Everybody knows that the pop-up flash that every camera comes with is pretty much crap. Well, this little item with the War of the Worlds looking fresnel lens solves a lot of the issues. This will not work with your regular kit lens. This is meant for telephoto distance shooting, and that's how it best performs. Anything shorter than telephoto means that you'll have a blown out white circle in the middle of your picture! Ask me how I know...The pros of this item are pretty simple: It gives your pathetic pop-up enough power to brighten telephoto pics. After the fiddly part is done, it works perfectly. And it's made in the USA. Boom. The cons are simple, too: Plasticky feel, but may be stronger than it seems. It works on telephoto and ONLY on telephoto. Wish that they'd make one for wide angle! So to sum it up, I'm completely happy with the device and like the way it works. I just wish that the fit and finish would give me a little more confidence in its longevity. If it lasts, I will update it to five stars.

We all love these. Better than having to put a len
Only needed 1, but bought the package for extra's and to give to some friends. We all love these. Better than having to put a lens cap in your pocket and fumble around.

Great bang for the buck
First comment I have to make is this strap is well made and secures my camera great ( maybe not as great as a strap costing 10x the money, but good enough for me). 2nd point: I just got back from a 2 week safari in Botswana. I never removed my Canon 100-400mm lens from my housing. Worked great. Third point: it did take me a bit to figure out, how to wear it properly. But that was sorted out in the first couple days.I never worried about the heavy load, the camera was always ready for the next elephant, giraffe, leopard, Cape buffalo!I would have given all 5 stars but I’ve only used this for 1 trip. How can you rate durability and sturdiness in 1 month of use?

Good quality and great customer service
I bought my first set in 2018 and loved it. The video quality was good for daytime and nighttime. The zoom option and movable lens works great. Unfortunately my son threw the monitor and broke it so I was left with a camera.I just had my second son and decided to buy another set in order to pair my older camera to the new set. Pairing was so simple!Although the night vision on the older camera didn’t work as well anymore. I had planned on buying a new one but decided to reach out to customer service. They offered some troubleshooting tips but when they didn’t work they sent me a new camera! Mel N. with customer service was fantastic and made the experience almost effortless (much appreciated with being a mom of newborn and toddler). I had already recommended this camera to my mom friends but will give even more praise after the wonderful customer service I received.P.s. I only gave 4 stars for night vision because it didn’t work as well on my older camera when I brought it out of storage, but i don’t know if that’s because it was in storage for over a year. Maybe if It had been up the entire time it may have worked well still
