Fotodiox review adaptor on Nikon D7000
I have 5 canon FD lenses: Kalimar 28mm wide angle, Canon 50mm, Vivitar 55mm macro, Tokina 70-210mm zoom and a Vivitar 400mm telephoto. At the time of this writing I have purchased 2 Fotodiox FD-NIKON adapters, used in all the lenses above and I really happy with them. I am buying a third one soon.Is it worth? It depends:If you have a couple of old FD lens, the adapter is a small price to pay to put your lenses back in use, but if you have to buy the lenses and the adapter, you might check the price of a used Nikon lens first. These lenses are great for video as they have aperture rings and they create a creamy look to your footage. You will lose some light (around 0.6 stop) and there is also a crop factor to consider (1.26). If you are using on a D7000 (1.5 crop factor) your 50mm will become closer to a 100mm.

Pretty worth it for traveling and outdoor parties
I bought this product because I wanted to use it on vacation, so I not only used it at home but also took it with me to my RV on vacation within the week I received it. I have to say, it's really small and lightweight. And the connection method is simple and only needs two steps, it can be connected with your computer, ipad and mobile phone, which is very convenient. It can even connect to your speakers. The seller equips you with everything you could think of to need. Its sound and picture quality are really good value for money at this price. This projector is really suitable for traveling and outdoor parties. I am really satisfied with this shopping.

Easy to use, Cheap and Nice
I’ll be honest, I was unsure because I didn’t realize how tiny this projector would be. Its probably half the size of my ipad and so I wasn’t expecting much. However, I think for the size and price-it’s really nice. The sound is great, it’s not super bright but as long as everything is dark then you’re fine. I needed to get the lightning adapter for my phone which is fine. The only thing is that it looks a little pixelated because there’s little squares that appear on the screen and kind of break up your picture to look like pixels. But it’s not enough where you can’t see your image.

Great product for a portable home theater

The product exceeds my expectation and outperforms many similar ones at the same price point. It is small, lightweight and easy to carry. You don't even need to look at the manual to install it. It uses Android system, clean and intuitive. It would be unfair to compare its picture quality to a LED TV that's 10x more expensive. I found its image, brightness and sound all great for a portable outdoor projector. The slightly grainy image surprisingly gave me a nostalgic feeling and reminded me of my experience as a child watching movies outdoors. I love this product and would highly recommend it to anyone who likes outdoors and wants a portable home theater.

an amazing time saver for artists!!
i got this projector after many years of struggling to transfer my sketches from paper to canvas. i’m an oil painter and i love painting on large canvases. i sketch out my ideas on paper and then im faced with the task of transferring my sketch to canvas while keeping the proportions correct and to scale. it’s such a hassle and can take so much time and effort until i heard of using projectors. i simply take a picture of my sketch with my phone and then screen share with the projector and project my sketch onto the canvas and trace over it. it’s so simple and easy to use and has saved me so many hours of frustration. i’m incredibly happy with my purchase and i highly recommend to any struggling artists!

Amazing that a projector this good can cost less t
I'm really, really impressed with this device. No, the picture quality is not the same as a $1,000 projector. But at 1/8th the cost, it's a steal. It's a little hard to get everything in focus at once if you're projecting, say, Windows, but it's possible with some fiddling, and I really appreciate the two manual dials. The build quality is particularly impressive -- the unit FEELS like it's going to last a long time. I love that it has both HDMI and VGA inputs too for total compatibility even with older laptops. Even the built-in speaker is totally fine for presentations (though you'll probably want to plug a soundbar in for watching a movie.) All-in-all, for the price, it blows away the competition.

very impressive
The third projector we've tried is this one. Additionally, this was our first chance to actually utilize it since we got it a few months ago. The first one stopped watching the first movie around 3/4 of the way through, but that one wasn't nearly bright enough anyhow. The second one we tried had adequate brightness but had awful picture quality. This is the ideal one. To give you a sense of the outdoor lighting conditions, the photo I provided was taken on September 17 at around 7:40 p.m. We've only used it once so far, and before the kids all cried out and had to go to bed, we watched 1.5 movies. However, the projector was faultless. Great toy for me and i highly recommended!!!!!

Great budget outdoor projector - Highly Recommend!
We took a chance and ordered this Goodee outdoor projector based on the great reviews. So far, we've been extremely pleased with the purchase. It was easy to set-up and connect with our Amazon firestick. Within minutes, we had a movie cranking for our daughter. As other reviewers have mentioned, it does need to be fairly dark outside to get a solid bright picture. But when it is, the picture is great. The sound quality/loudness was really the only thing that left us hoping for more. We may need to invest in additional speakers to overcome some of the surrounding neighborhood noises. Overall, we're extremely pleased with our purchase and can't wait to keep using this all summer & fall. We'd certainly recommend this projector.

Lovely lights, great speakers, and loooong lasting

I love these speaker lights! They're beautiful at night, with two modes from which to choose. The sound quality and volume are quite good for the price and size. Granted, if you had just a speaker this size it would probably be more watts and louder. But the fact that these speakers are integrated into an outdoor torch light makes the sound quality of them impressive. Add to that, it's not just one speaker. It's two, 10-watt speakers.Connecting these via Bluetooth to my phone, or to a movie projector was very simple. First I streamed music from my phone, and was quite pleased with the sound, especially inside. In an outdoor setting they're not quite as impressive because of the sound dispersion, but you can help that a bit based on how you place them.I got excited about the idea of using these as speakers for watching movies outside with a projector. Unfortunately, for some reason, the volume just wasn't there when I had these connected to the projector. I had the volume cranked on the projector, and on the speakers. Using these as projector speakers isn't really their intended use, so I'm not even docking a star for that.Battery life is amazing. You always see rechargeable speakers listed as lasting "up to" X number of hours. That high number of hours listed is rarely at full volume. I did three different tests with these speakers. First with the projector, they lasted through three movies at full volume, 6 hours. I ended the test there, because are you really going to watch more than a triple feature? They probably would have lasted one more movie. Next I tested the torch light, and that test is still going on. With just the flickering torch light running, it's been going for 45 hours (45 hours!), and I just started to notice the light is getting dim. I give it a few more hours before it runs the battery out fully. Finally I tested with streaming music from an iPad at full volume. It lasted a full 9 hours before shutting off. The volume did not get any lower. When the battery ran out, it just quit. I'm very impressed that at full volume it would last 9 hours. It comes with a stand in three sections that only goes together in one combination. (Took a second to figure that out.) And it has multiple placement options, with a clamp and ground stake for the stand, the stand itself, wall hooks with mounting screws, and a pair of S hooks. These are supposed to be waterproof, but I'm not likely to test that anytime soon. Since they're plug-in rechargeable, and not solar like some outdoor torch lights, I won't be leaving them outside.Charging was simple. Plug it in and the buttons on top stay red while charging. There's no green light to indicate full charge, but when the red lights are off that's the indication it's fully charged.I can't wait to have people over for a cookout or something, and have someone ask where the music is coming from. "Oh, it's coming from those beautiful torch lights."I would highly recommend these.Hope this review was helpful.
