Great for Google Meet/ Zoom meetings
I got this for my dad and he is loving it!He is a teacher and because of the pandemic he started giving classes online, however his laptop camera broke and the microphone was on the same road. He was sp frustrated he even wanted to get a new computer for that! I advised him first we get a Logitech camera and if it didn't work we would get a new laptop. (Because it wasn't the first time the computer was sent for repairs)Long story short, bow he is able to give his classes and the students can see nad hear him very clear!Camera itself was plug (wait for the drivers to install automatically) and play.I recommend this product.

SUPER easy, used for online conferencing
My 13-yr old computer had a webcam that doesn't have Win10 drivers. Since I had an online class to attend, I needed a new camera pronto. This arrived as promised in 2 days. As soon as the mail carrier dropped it off, I unboxed it, and I was up and running within SECONDS. Literally!! I plugged it in (yes, my 13-yr old PC is running Win10), plug-and-play drivers automatically loaded, I got the Windows notification that it's ready, and immediately Adobe Connect had the camera and its built in microphone available for use. Classmates reported good, clear audio and video. The camera is easy to position either freestanding or on top of the monitor.This is exactly the camera I needed. Happy customer!

Expensive but reliable and sounds great!
I'd made the mistake previously of buying a cheap microphone thinking I'd be able to use it for high quality video conferencing or recordings. I was mistaken!The problem with cheaper microphones seems to be that Windows doesn't like them much, and it's very difficult to get a decent volume out of them. With the Blue Yeti, it was literally plug-and-play and the sound quality was instantly better.It's an expensive piece of kit, but I've put this down to an example of "buy cheap, buy twice". I can't see me needing to replace this for a long time!The desk stand was a nice inclusion, but I've since moved to a boom arm so I can move it around a little more freely.

First unit partially broken, replacement is great
I like the look and feel of this unit. I bought it for a classroom setting where it’s difficult to hear one another. The first unit I ordered had a bad volume knob on the second microphone. When you turned it down, the volume wasn’t completely off, leading to feedback. I reached out to the company and they responded very quickly and after some troubleshooting determined that the receiving unit was the problem. They had a replacement out to me in a few days! I was very impressed with their ability to diagnose the problem and send me a replacement. The new unit works as expected, and since they didn’t require the old unit to be returned, I now have four microphones instead of two. Good for replacement if they ever fail.

It’s okay, good quality build, okay sound.
First, I was surprised it came with a nice little carry bag for the cables, and microphone clips that it does come with. But I was disappointed that it does not come with the cable to use with an iPhone or USB C. You will need to purchase those separately. This makes it a little bit bulky as you will have to have multiple cables and adapters which can lead to connection problems and poor sound quality. It would be nice if this device connected to your phone or tablet using Bluetooth but I could see where there may be an interference problem since the microphones also operate on 2.4 GHz. All in all these microphones are good and decent quality for most anyone who needs to live stream or record videos and capture better sound quality.

So far, it just works!

I am a professional audio engineer. I was in a pinch and I needed an extra wireless mic. I didn’t have the budget to buy the equipment I normally would, so, I took a chance on this model. I am very much a Shure guy, I am very familiar with and used to using SM58s and to my surprise the tonal quality from this microphone was way better than I expected at first hearing. My video shows some small EQing I did on my channel strip just to give a overall listen in the room and be honest it was plenty of fidelity for what I was looking for. Absolutely, pleasantly surprised! I would recommend this as a quality alternative

You Can Hear Me Now
I haven't made many videos on my cell phone or iPad, but occasionally I do make a video and post it online, or send it to my family. Now I see how much better it is to use this little microphone to capture your voice to make it so much more clear that just trying to capture your voice without it. Did you ever listen to some videos that people post, where is is so difficult to hear them or understand what they are saying? This is what you need to take it to a more professional level.I'm excited to try it out, along with my new selfie ring light. Together, these will make my photos and videos look so much better.

Comfortable, lasts 2 years
Updated 2022: The review below is for the 2019 version. I ordered another set recently and the microphone quality is far worse. The headset is still comfortable though.Original review: I used this fairly regularly for two years before the mic stopped working and the fabric came off the ear pads. It is a good headset for the price with a clear sound and effective mic. I never had any trouble with head pain, the only issue is that if you have a smaller head, they look a little goofy. The gap between the flexible strap and the metal part is comically huge on my small head and several people remarked on how ridiculous it looked, but since I rarely game where people can see me, it's not a big deal.
