This is 1000 times more reliable than these cheap Chinese knockoff brands like Ubolt which has all these advertised features that don't work. This kwikset Halo works seamlessly with it's reliable finger print reader, and it has the Kwikset key option to rekey which is great of you have other kwikset locks throughout the house. The app is simple and it just works. Again unlike ubolt the app goes right into the option to lock or unlock and does not require background services like location to work. It just works and it is easy to setup and reliable

It works!
My home security cameras are wired to a network video recorder (NVR) that's mounted in a secure cabinet. The NVR has HDMI and VGA video outputs for displaying camera views.Several important cameras are setup on the NVR's HDMI output for display on a large monitor. The VGA output shows other (less important) camera views on a small monitor. I use this VGA to HDMI adapter to convert the VGA video output for use with the second HDMI monitor.No issues using this VGA->HDMI adapter. Just plug it in and that's it. The VGA image is shown in a 4:3 aspect ratio (letterbox) format and has less resolution. But that is to be expected.The HDMI cable is not included, so be sure to order one if you don't already have a spare cable on hand.Pros: Low cost, easy installation.Cons: HDMI cable not included.
