Great product and customer service
The first vent clip didn't hold securely. Fina, the customer service representative, was knowledgeable about my problem and very polite and sent me another vent clip for my Honda that securely holds the product without the holder moving.

Best phone mount I've ever used + customer service
I just started using it today but it works amazing so far, very sturdy and easy to use. The only issue I had was getting the vent clip all the way in past the edge of the vent panel, but once it was in it worked perfectly for my 2014 Honda Civic. Would recommend to anyone even if not in the market, so useful to have!Not only is the phone mount great, but amazing customer service as well, will reach out timely and nicely if you come across an issue with the product.

Great Customer Service. Good product.
This is a replacement for a phone mount we used for a long time that eventually broke. We tried to find a similar model and found this one. The part that hooks to the car vent was a bit short but the mount itself fit perfectly with our existing vent latch so we used it that way.Then I notices several emails in my inbox from Fina, the customer service rep from this company informing me they learned from a few other customers about the vent latch not working properly and wanted to help. I was very surprised that they proactively contacted me to fix the problem I didn't even report.Fina quickly sent out a replacement, and followed up several times to make sure I knew how to use it. Very helpful!
