Phone doesn’t stay upright.
Update: 5/29/2022. The seller reached out and sent me a replacement based on the car models and now fits perfectly. I never thought when I wrote this review I would hear directly from the seller regarding my concern. Very thankfulIt was easy to install by clipping unto the vents and stays secured however my iPhone 13 constantly swings out of place and doesn’t stay forward facing. Is as if the phone is too heavy for the ball joint to stay in an upright position and it constantly swings downward and I have to constantly adjust the phone to face me.

It works awesome. It fits my Samsung s21 with a case and popper on it.

SEEMS GREAT ... JUST DIDN'T WORK OUT FOR ME
First, if you buy this, watch the how-to-assemble video instead of trying to figure out the paper instructions. I wouldn't have understood what I was supposed to do if I hadn't been able to watch someone else assembling it in the company's brief instruction clip. Although the device seems very sturdy, ultimately I wasn't able to use it because I'd attached a phone grip/ring holder onto my phone case. This "add on" made my phone too thick to be held in place by the phone mount's side pieces. My fault. I should have thought of that before I placed my order!

I have owned this product for about three months. It was very easy to install and most important it stays in place. My phone is very secure and never fallen out of this phone holder. This is the best phone holder I have ever owned. The design actually works.
