Great product, better customer service
Received this tripod and the pan bar would not screw into the head on either side. Sent an email to Cayer and within 30 minutes had a response indicating they were sending out a new pan bar. The bar came in a day earlier than they indicated but when I went to attach it on the right side, it would not screw in all the way. It would screw in on the left side however. I sent another email letting them know and, again, in a short period of time I received a response saying they had arranged to have a new head sent.I did use the tripod while all this was going on. It is as advertised. There's always better products. You can spend thousands of dollars and not get the very best product. That being said, this product's quality far exceeds it's price. You could spend a good amount more and still not get a better tripod than this. But what makes this product and company so good is the customer service. I've spent a lot of money on photography and knowing the company will make things right is extremely comforting.Thank you Cayer for caring about your customers.

So glad I chose this one
Works great and wow whatr a difference on the pictures that I take, one of the best buys that you can make when it comes to improving your photography. Even outside in shady areas it can be adjusted to the brightness that leaves all the smiles on the photos bright without dark or shady spots. SOLID PRODUCT AND VERY AFFORDABLE.

Great camera for beginners
Great choice camera for someone just getting into photography! I definitely suggest watching some videos on how to use the camera to get the best quality photos if you haven't don't photography before! Very easy to use for me and arrived about a week early

cant love enough !!
This is my best investment so far as of my photography passion.....speedlight is the must for every photographer...this is the best way to start it with....results are awesome....used it everytime with pointing at ceiling....cant even tell that flash was used...

LOVED IT!
I bought it as a Christmas present for my boyfriend, he is really into photography, and it was just a spot on gift. So useful and the best of all really affordable for a cute, thoughtful gift.
