No problems but my own
I probably selected the wrong product offering, but I thought there was some sensor cleaning fluid in this "kit". The swabs seem great, or course my goal is to manage my 5D Mk IV so I do not need them, but I realize the inevitable will happen. I bought these, based on user feedback and other reviews, just to be prepared. You should get some too.

Fits Ipod Touch with a case
having put on a "chunky" case onto my ipod touch I found my old 3.5mm jack would no longer fit in the small gap in the case. I did a lot of comparisons on the great range of cables on Amazon and this one helpfully gives all of the dimensions.Well it fits perfectly and solidly. Great Product,Very good company
We like the device. When tried to resister it, I was denied because I did not have an original sales receipt. I sent them a copy of the Amazon invoice. Not good enough for them. I don't have an original sales receipt. So, I cannot register I; which means no warrantee. Genie contacted me and resolved this issue. My Genie garage door opener is now registered.

This is a great product. A couple of my friend have a different models but don’t be fooled by brand. This does everything that is says on the box plus better. Very fast. Very accurate and very easy. Just read the instructions first. Register it for your battery’s for life and away you go.

What a great lamp!!
So I never write reviews, but I have to write one on my new lamp. I definitely give it a 5 star endorsement! It has such a great sleek design. I love the light variability, the color or brightness changes that it can register with just a touch. I am one who struggles in the fall with SAD, and although it isn't marketed as such, the bright white light of the lamp has had great effect on my mental state. Thanks for a great product!

Hit and miss on finger reading
It was easy to install. Works fine. Looks great. Make sure when you add your finger print you add it from different angle to register it or it wont read you finger if not registered in that position.
