I use this tripod almost every single day to make video conference calls. It screwed easily into my Logitech HD 1080 webcam. Be mindful that this is a SMALL tripod. The legs only extends to about eight or nine inches, which results in my webcam being about 10 inches high on my desk. I was thinking it would extend higher (and didn't properly visualize what the description meant for size). It's great for my needs and I have suggested it to several friends.I would definitely buy this again.

Great webcam. I have to do a lot of teleconferences with my research group all over the world. No issues with the camera, it is great. In order to use the full HD capability you need decent computers and internet connection on both ends.

I purchased my "Mac mini" computer back in 2015. A slimmed-down desktop computer that needed everything else attached via USB, Thunderbolt, Display, etc. ports. One of those external items was a webcam. A necessity in this age of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the resulting, wide-spread use of Zoom. This webcam works perfectly, and enabled me to join the Zoom community. For things like: Work, Church, Friends, Socials, Meetings, etc.

I simply can't believe the improvement in clarity and proper lighting this webcam provides. Everything is crystal clear and in focus (see some old/new comparisons in the picture). There is a window to my back so I previously would become a silhouette on a sunny day; now my face is a clear as can be. The auto focus and auto centering is pretty neat, although since I use it in my home office it only has one person to track.The cable is USB-C, but the package comes with a USB-C to USB-A adaptor. Since I have 2 computers (home/work) and they have different USB ports, I appreciate this. The cord also comes with a hook & look cord wrap. A small but quality touch. The privacy screen is optional but I use it so I don't get that feeling of being watched (it also shuts off the mic but I haven't tested that yet).On a meeting today I checked with the team about the sound. All said my voice was lout, clear and there were no dropouts. However they said it didn't sound as good as the Poly speakerphone I normally use. Maybe because I'm within 3 feet of the webcam and it can handle a whole room.The old webcam is going in the e-waste, and this is my new work webcam. I will probably still use my Poly speakerphone, but in any case I'm very pleased.

This webcam works well! It's easy to use in my recording booth using my MacBook Pro, and the picture quality is great. I haven't used the webcam's mic since I have to use a condenser mic, but I tested it a bit and the mic seems fine.The only complaint I have is that one of the nubs on the plastic privacy cover was formed incorrectly at the factory, so it doesn't shut very well, but that's not a huge deal for me since the camera doesn't face anywhere "sensitive." (When I'm not in the booth, the camera just faces an empty wall).I also have Amcrest 1080p cameras with DVR installed in my home, and they work very well (although the software for that is INSANELY non-user friendly).I digress. No regrets! I like this webcam a lot.

I was looking for a webcam to use since I don't have enough space for my laptop it'll be on my desk when I have meetings for work. This one was actually better than expected and I'm very happy with the purchase

Ease of Use: As I am scrambling to figure out how to teach classes online, I wanted a product that was easy to use that I can just simply plug in and use without any additional downloads. I was literally able to pick up the package from my front door and use it within minutes, which is so convenient.High Definition Video: I like that this camera delivers high definition video at an affordable price. I used to think there isn’t much difference between a built in webcam and a external webcam, but after receiving plenty of positive compliments from my students, I can say this is truly money well spent.

This is the first webcam I have ever purchased so I don't have much to compare it to. I bought it to use with my skype account. The quality is great and it was really easy to use. All I did was plug it in and it was working with my Skype account perfectly. I didn't use the CD it came with or download anything different off the internet.
