Amazing len!!!! I use it for the wide angle pictures and it’s great and very good quality!! I love it!! So happy that I found this product! It was a little more $$ than other lens but definitely worth it!

I’ve used several webcams over the years and this one is quite simply the best. It gives the best image I’ve seen from my own or others' webcams.The camera comes well packaged in a substantial cardboard box wrapped in shrink wrap plastic and is well protected in transit.The box contains:• The camera itself.• Remote control (2 x AAA batteries required and not included).• Hi speed 3 metre USB-A to USB-B cable.• A clip-on privacy lens cover.• Instruction manual.The camera is quite heavy and feels well built. It has a sturdy mount that will clip on to most monitors or laptops securely. It also has a standard 1/4-20 UNC female thread so it can be mounted on a tripod. The camera is supplied with a small, unobtrusive privacy cover that simply clips on to the camera and can be flipped down so that the lens is covered.This camera is fixed-focus, utilises a Sony 8.5 megapixel CMOS sensor and the picture quality is excellent. It is 4K capable but even on standard 1080P HD the quality is superior to other cameras I’ve used. It has a digital zoom which is controllable from the remote and works very well indeed. When zoomed, the framing can also be moved using the remote. Low light performance is outstanding.The auto framing and tracking facility work really well. It uses AI to frame the person in the shot and then tracks them as they move. A really handy feature if you’re using this camera for presentations or group shots (it automatically adjusts the frame to capture the whole group).I set up a Zoom meeting with my partner and we swapped places so I could see the image quality. It was hugely better than that sent by her standard, mid-range 1080P webcam.There is an OSD menu (see picture) that can be called and controlled from the remote control and presets can be set up so that they can be recalled easily all from the remote control. The remote control has several buttons that are listed in the manual as ‘not currently having any function’. This is strange but I can only assume that Nexigo hope to use these in the future when more facilities are added with firmware upgrades.This camera is 4K capable which is great if you’re shooting video on it to be uploaded later. However, if you are intending to use it just for streaming on Zoom, Skype etc. the standard 1080P resolution is the way to go. 4K video requires bandwidths of 23-35Mb/s and most users will not have this available on their upload speed. 4K streaming would also require that the person on the receiving end would need a 4K capable monitor and graphics card. That said, because this camera downscales 4K to 1080P, the picture quality is still far superior to that of a standard 1080P webcam in my opinion.Software can be downloaded from the Nexigo website to control the camera’s brightness, contrast etc. (see picture).Sound quality from the dual noise-cancelling microphones is good and can be further enhanced by the Equalizer APO (audio optimizer) programme which is downloadable from the Nexigo website.It is pointless uploading video or pictures taken by the camera with this review as Amazon’s systems will compress them and they wouldn’t be a true representation of this camera’s great performance.This camera may not be for everyone at this price point but if you want superior, crisp and smooth professional looking video in your streaming then this camera is for you.

So easy to use with excellent results. I'm using on my iPhone 7 plus- no damage to the glass screen protector which I experienced with a different brand. Comes with a sturdy portable case and lens protectors.

After one day and night this camera is impressive for the money.The image and sound quality is as good as NEST outdoor cam or RING Doorbell.I'm not sure if the night vision will pick up flying insects yet. It picked up a spider web in front of the lens but hasn't picked up flying insectsThe panning and tilting option is great but not as variable as I'd like it to be. I guess If I want to I could manually position the camera, then through the app, I could add that position as a Favorite Position to easily set it back exactly after panning or tilting.It can take 10 seconds or more for the app to connect after opening it.Many more pros than cons!The USB-a /micro USB cable is only 6 feet long so in most cases a longer cord or extension cord will be needed.UPDATE: After weeks of use now, 2 out of 5 cameras tend to go offline now and then. The last time one of the cameras went offline I was NOT able to get it to connect by refreshing it through the app so I had to remove and restore power to the camera to get it to work. Adding a wifi smart plug will fix this. I can then use the smart plug to refresh the camera.

As a green amateur the tutorial was made easy to watch and listen to and the lens and various components are excellent quality and I will boast to several friends and family of its value! bottom line, I'd buy it again in a minute!

Did not want to write a review after using this product for a few days or weeks; but after months of daily use. So here is my review from using it over a long long time!Pros:this is an excellent camera and I have primarily used this as a dash-cam. Just remember to take out the battery and get a car charger so no hassles of charging the battery in the camera anymore, and it is not recommended as the continued charging will heat the battery and can cause it bulge/get damaged.The image is very stable, even under low light conditions. The wide angle lens captures all areas of interest without any flares at the corners, great clarity!The camera comes with a variety of additional items which will allow you to use the camera is numerous ways. I would recommend that you buy a stronger windshield mount of planning to use the camera as a dashcam. Good battery life, clarity in voice recording as well!Cons:none to be honest! Maybe the instructions can be written a bit better. For example if you keep the camera inside the clear-plastic-case, it will not pickup any voice- not mentioned anywhere! So if you want audio don’t use the case. Be careful with the charging cable so not to damage the port for charging and don’t overcharge the battery!Overall, this is a great device if you are not looking to invest loads of money for a high end like GoPro. Haven’t used it under water, but the case is damn airtight so would assume it will hold well.Enjoy this inexpensive but great device!

I have a child that enjoys taking pictures at his preschool with a durable kids camera. I was looking for something similar that he could play around with at home. He is not old enough for a "real" camera, nor do I want him using the camera function on my phone or tablet. This camera serves that purpose, but there are some drawbacks.First, this camera is much smaller than I expected. When I opened the box, I was surprised at how tiny it seemed. The pictures in the listing description made it appear much bigger. It would be easier to hold onto if it was a little larger in size.Second, this camera is not the easiest to operate. An instruction booklet is included, but there is a disconnect in the translation from the original Chinese to English. Certain buttons were not labeled correctly in the instruction book, so there was a disconnect when trying to perform certain camera functions (deleting pictures, switching between camera modes). Also, entire features (game mode, music mode) aren't explained at all. I had to spend quite a bit of time fiddling around with the camera before I could give it to my child to use.The camera has a picture mode, a video mode, a playback/view mode, a settings mode, a game mode, and a music mode. Picture mode and video mode are pretty straightforward. There are even some filter options offered The game feature is useless in my opinion, though it should be noted that this option is irrelevant to me. I was looking for a camera, not a video game player. Regardless, the camera does offer a selection of games. However, they are slow and somewhat difficult to play based on the small button sizes of the camera. Also, the volume is rather loud, and I can't find any way to adjust or lower it. The music mode on my camera doesn't seem to work at all, and based on the lack of instructions, I still have yet to determine its purpose even after lots of tinkering. Like the games, this doesn't matter to me.On a positive note, picture and video quality were actually better than I expected for a camera in this price range, especially since we have no intention of generating any physical prints. The lens of the camera can flip up, enabling the user to take a selfie if desired. It, along with the camera body itself, seemed quite durable, which is nice as I envision it being dropped quite a bit.I ordered the blue and yellow design, and it looks cute in person. An attachable carry cord, charging cable, and a pack of stickers were included in the box. I am not sure what the stickers are for -- decorating the camera body or prints perhaps? Battery life has been better than expected. It has yet to be charged, even after extended photo taking sessions by my child.

This lens has worked fantastically on my IPhone. I've been really impressed with the pictures that can be taken with it and how convenient it is to add and use. The customer service is first class as well. Would highly recommend.
