Easy to use
Gave this to my Mom for Christmas and she loves it. Easy to use. Took the advice of other reviewers and she uses heavy whipping cream to froth. She loves the options she has for her coffee. So far so good.

Enjoy using it only thing I would like it to have is a bigger water reservoir, All else is great and easy to use, makes Great coffee.

EASY to use!!!!
I LOVE it. I had 3 different pots. One for latte/espresso that I never used because it was to complicated. This one is so EASY. The only complaint is that it is a little slow getting started for the first cup. I can live with that.I am lazy and dont like to think first thing in am.

Easy to use
So happy when this arrived. My existing Keurig had just died. So this was so great. I have been using Keurig for years. I was really concerned about the whole breaker thing I read about on this version but so far so good for us THANK GOD. I only drink a cup of coffee a day - it’s usually a basic k cup but on the weekends I love to have latte or mocha and the ice version in the summer. I got the my K cup universal filter, I use my favorite coffee and I get 2 espresso shots per use. The milk foamer is perfect - I’ve used half/half, heavy whipping cream, and almond milk - so far no issues with that. I am dairy free so I typically use the almond milk but wanted to test it anyway. Make sure you use the cover or it won't work. This is not overly noisy like some of the other models I have tried which is a plus and it delivers a great cup of coffee love it.

Easy to use
Took me a bit to understand how it works but is amazingly easy to froth milk and use the kuerig. What I didnt understand was I have not been able to find the sugar free vanilla k pods. Been using flavored coffees and they are delicious, but would like more options. Doesnt take much counter space either.
