Camera was defective, support refunded
This camera came with bubbles in the screen that made it difficult to see what you were filming. The handle that screws into the case so you can hold on to it wouldn't screw in more than a quarter turn.When I emailed support, they ignored the screen issue entirely and told me to screw the handle in 2-3 turns and then use the stabilizing plate to hold it in place. That is exactly how it is supposed to work, I understand, but when it won't even turn in more than a quarter turn you can't stabilize it. Really bad support for this product.Update: They refunded the cost of the camera, so that was nice. I updated from 1 star to 3 because of this.

Wrong color was send
My child loved this camera, but the only down side to it is they send me a wrong color camera then I ordered. I ordered black one with red outlines but they send me a pink one.

Great product!
I love this camera! Great quality and night vision is awesome. The only thing I would change is I wish that the camera was wireless so I could move it throughout my home

This selfie stick is great! I’ve had a little play around with the app you need to connect it with and the camera picture looks better than my actual phone camera for some reason!

We only just installed the camera, expecting good things from its use, we have a lot of animals behind our house, hope to pick some of them up on the camera

Works well, good image but settings keep resetting
The camera has a good image and was plug n play but the camera settings keep reseting every time I restart the computer therefore having to open it every time and load my preset.

Good crisp picture quality.
That camera is excellent, but the app needs work. When to view camera it takes turn app on several times before viewing. Hope they can solve this issue, other than that the picture quality is great.

Does the job
Good quality, this camera is great for the price. Quality is good it delivers as it promises also this camera is a wide angle the only down side to it is that the picture is not sharp but for the price point I cant really complain.

Just bought my second one
I have 2 laptops and just bought a second camera to use on the second laptop. The camera quality is so much better than the ones integrated into the laptop, plus it's much more adjustable
