Screw stripped
Unable to open the place where. Hip goes in. Looks like the little screw is stripped. Any idea who i contact?

Durable
All hold downs remain useable. No screws have stripped and all adjustments continue to hold true with no movement once set. 2 years of average use and no issues. Recommend a BUY.

Arrived broken
It’s a great tripod but the screw to hold the legs outward or inward was stripped out and wouldn’t stay in one position other then that the thing is great I use it everyday

Works just fine.
Found one screw that I needed stripped. Called the 1-888 number and told the girl on the phone what was going on and she sent me a replacement screw.

Worked fine for me
The sample I got worked just fine others stated theirs stripped out mine is nice and secure. Maybe the manufacturer made changes? Or I just got lucky.

Case Logic
I like this case but it could be a little larger. It fits my needs at the moment, so until I can get another it will do.

Customer Service was Helpful
Part of the assembly stripped while I was putting the lamp together. However, these folks made it right in the end

Stripped screw on ipad attachment to stabilize the
The part that you attach the ipad to broke the 1st time I used it. The screw that tightened for stability was stripped and would not hold the ipad up.Update: They have contacted me and are sending a replacement due to this issue I had. I greatly appreciate this and they were very easy to work with.
