Leaked when used in water! Good customer service!
The sealed case leaked as soon as it was put in water. Since it was not used in water within the first 30 days, seller/amazon would not return or exchange. After a couple of weeks Akamate replace the camera. Very happy with the customer service!

I was searching for a fix for my TV when it’s HDMI ports stopped working. The original part sent had great picture but the sound wasn’t working when I connected the aux cord. I contacted the company to make sure the product could work with a fire stick and they immediately sent a new part which worked great! Great customer service!

Beats the GoPro price
Definitely cheaper than GoPro, but going to be using it in the fire department service so will see if it holds up like my GoPro. However the remote on this one won't even power on so skeptical this camera will hold up. I guess we will see.Update - Vendor reached out to me and offered me a $20 gift card, and so far i have used the camera for several practice burns and it has done really well. Just need several batteries to keep up. Great service!

Customer service is awesome!
This product makes life much easier for us at our Fire station and makes it easy to know who was there and when. We are able to grant remote access which is very helpful to us as we are a volunteer station and not always here. We had an issue with one of the locks failing and Sifely customer service jumped right into action. They had a new lock out to us within 24 hours which is saying something as we are in a pretty remote area. Thanks so much for your awesome service!!

All around a great purchase and price
I haven't used it yet BC of fire ban but have.used one that my brother-in-law law.has loved it not many embers escaped also great to cook on while enjoying the fire.
