I bought this to replace an EK7000 which I was not happy with. At first it worked great, but I noticed that the camera got hot. This was okay if the camera was not in the water proof case. But once it was placed in the water proof case bad things happened.Let us back up a bit first. The camera with a 64 GB card will record 6 hours of video, but the battery will only last about an hour. Not really a huge deal because it comes with two batteries. Battery life of an hour is when the camera is not in the case. In the case it is less. Why you ask? My guess it is due to the heating of the camera in the case. Heat is the enemy to any battery. This was the flaw in my camera. The battery got so hot it would only last twenty minutes. On top of that, the camera would get so hot that the screen would turn black.I contacted customer support. They were prompt in getting back to me, within 24 hours. They provided shipping for the return, and shipped a new camera. I tested the new camera for the same issue. While it does heat up, it does not get hot enough to adversely effect the battery life or screen.They say you get what you pay for, and it is true for this camera. I am satisfied with it. It is not a GoPro, but it is also only $80. If you want GoPro quality save you money and buy one. I am cheap. What really impressed me was the level of customer service. I would buy from them again just for that.

FAIL: The POE doesn't work. I tried with two different single port POE injectors and put a voltage tester on the line into the camera and there was power in the line but the camera wouldn't power up.FAIL: No POE means I have to run a dedicated AC outlet to the camera location.FAIL: One side of the image is definitely darker than the other.FAIL: Had to use an ethernet cable connected to the router to get this thing setup. Couldn't do it wirelessly.PASS: After adding the camera to ReoLink SmartLife I was able to add the camera to Alexa.PASS: Ethernet cable included.PASS: Power supply included.PASS: Nicely packaged.PASS: This single camera captures my front entrance to the left and the sidewalk leading all the way down to the street on the right. Way cool.

I use this as a pet camera to watch my puppy while I am at work. It was very easy to set up. I like the different mounting options. I like that it also has a magnetic bottom. I actually was able to stick it to the side of a metal wall unit. The picture is clear and the sound quality is good. I love the sd card that came with it plus I have Cam Plus for 2 weeks free. I also love that you can set up “Rules” through the app where you can schedule when you want the camera to record and notify you of motion and sound detection. For the price it’s really a great little camera.

Purchased 2 of these to look out onto our back deck. We’re having trouble with squirrels eating our flower, so getting alerted when they show up and being able to holler at them …wow what a bonus!We’re seniors so I was afraid we would have trouble with the set up but nope we did it just fine. Definitely would recommend. BTW ….we named our camera “Squirrel Cam”.

What can I say about this trail camera is that it is a great compact camera 5 stars. The design is good, and it has a camouflaged pattern on its casing. Well, I have tried it out in rain and good weather, and it holds up, no leaks and has a robust case that can handle knocks and slight drops. I use this camera in an urban garden setting so I can see what visits my bird feeders during the day but also what rodents visit at night (none at the moment). I was a little worried that rain would set of the camera, but it was not the case. The camera only triggered if it sensed a bird/rodent within its rangeI use a tripod mount to monitor the feeder as it is isolated from the house and there are no upright places to mount the camera. Initially the birds were wary of the new thing but have settled now and ignore it. We even had one perched on the top for a little while.The sensor is good it copes with all light settings (day and night) and gives great resolution of the collected images. it holds more than enough images for my needsThe Wi-Fi connection is easy you just follow the prompts to connect within the app and you can control the camera from the remote watch like thing. Range from inside the house I achieved was about 15m to the camera fitted outside.I am really pleased with the results of this camera the images are sharp and clear. I would not hesitate to recommend this camera to anyone who has a need to photograph wildlife in an area where they are not.

I bought this to see what animals were coming at night to our garden. We saw opossum, raccoons, mice, and a skunk! It’s pretty cool.

I really like this camera from Wyze, it is small, has good video quality, and night vision. Works great with app.

These are perfect for Wyze cameras. They work great and were the right length to the outlet plus they are flat to go from outside to inside.
