Why should I spend over $300 on a GoPro when you can get something capable with fewer features for only $99. The online reviews show the Akaso v50x has near equal picture quality and stabilization. The only shortcoming of Akaso v50x is the internal mic sound quality. I have ordered the external mic which others say should solve that issue. There also could be a future firmware update that could fix the internal mic issue. The picture quality compares with cameras 2 to 3 times the price. The picture quality is superb to other cameras in this price range. You get many extras with the Akaso v50x including an extra battery and mounts for helmets, bikes, etc..If you want an action camera for under $100 this is the one for you.

I've always wanted to have a gopro but those cameras were always too expensive for my budget. I am very happy that I decided to pick up the AKASO V50X action camera. It includes two batteries and a bunch of other accessories including a case to film underwater! The picture quality is amazing compared to any flagship smartphone. So if you film or take a lot of pictures outdoors this action camera is a must buy. The package also included a helpful instruction manual. I absolutely love my AKASO V50X! Great for the price!

I just recently purchased the Akaso V50X and it a great camera for the money. Buy the external mic and your good to go for decent quality footage. I would recommend this to anyone buying there first action cam.

I decided to upgrade my cross our 1080p action camera i bought from 2018 to the V50x. I bought the V50x from Akaso website. The v50x from my opinion is a huge upgrade from my crosstour that only goes up to 1080p 30fps. I will mainly be using the v50x for paintball at mostly 2k 60fps. So far the image stabilization is pretty good for the price and the image quality is pretty good as well and i love the touch screen. The only downside is the app being pretty bad and somewhat slow but akaso support has very fast response.

So far this action camera is great, the picture quality is great it offers higher quality images for a more affordable price. The image stabilization is pretty good and I have no complaints as of yet. The battery life is perfect for everything that I plan on using this camera for and having two batteries just helps even more. I am super impressed with the quality of the Akaso V50 X and everything that you get for such a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this action camera to anyone that is on the fence about spending $200+ on one because you get just as many features and just as quality of a product for less money.
