I bought this Keurig K-Express Coffee Maker, Single Serve K-Cup Pod Coffee Brewer, Black for work. When I unpacked it, I was surprised to find there was no filter assembly or filter included??????????? It's impossible to reach anyone to solve this issue. However, I love the machine otherwise.
