Great camera. For the price you will not fond anything better. I used mine for snorkeling and fishing a few times already and its great.

This review for V50X was prompted by AKASO and has a reward which will not skew my opinion.The camera works well with a long battery life. The picture quality is good considering the tiny lens. I have many Nikon cameras and lenses of higher quality but this little camera is great for on the go movies. I am a retired software architect so i don't use their tablet or phone app as they usually fall short of expectation. I just put the card in my computer and use some good editing software. I don't require remote monitoring as I record.This camera is simple to use with a quality at price point that can't be beat. The software on the camera has a lot of features and works reasonably well and is simple to use.UPDATE 11/16/2020I received a reward from AKASO for my review. I have no problem with their public relation attention as it shows me they are trying to show customer service is their focus. And that is how they get the fifth star. I am suspicious of reviews and their authenticity across the board. Before ordering this camera I ordered one directly from GoPro based on their promotional price. They wanted to charge me tax on the non promotional price and then reduce that amount. That is not legal in my state and I told them so. They argued that their "Tax Team" agreed on that outcome. Law and common pricing decorum do not agree. I call it plain dishonest! I cancelled my order and went with AKASO. Lower cost and better customer care.

I bought this camera to take with me duck hunting and so far it’s been good. I’ve only been able to use it a couple times but the video quality has been clear even in the low light in the early mornings. For the price you can’t beat it.

Good quality camera. My son enjoys using it for fishing, riding his bike, sledding and any outdoor activities.

The camera is very good. I use it primarily as a dash can. Image is clear and image stability keeps it from being shaky. The camera comes with lots of accessories and mounts for many things like bicycles and dashboards and helmets or a tripod. It also came with a case to use the camera underwater. The charger charges 2 batteries at the same time. The only con I had was the batteries don't last very long. It comes with two which is great but it's necessary as they won't last. I bought an extra set that way I always have a spare.

I have never owned an action camera, but I am impressed. I have not had a chance to use it a lot, but of what I did test it seemed excellent for what I would use it for. I had only ever heard of the GoPro style, but I really love this one. There was not a lot of info to explain what every option was on the camera, but I will probably only use what I know. the sound quality could be a little better, but I'm not disappointed with it because that's not why I bought it. Over all though I really like it.

 In my experience with it I can say that it's a great camera. Battery life could be better. Depends on how you're using it. Don't use it much for pictures primarily video but seems to do both pretty well. Overall I'm happy with my purchase and would buy again. I posted a video driving through the badlands. I had the waterproof case on it from the previous day so sound quality isn't good its just so you can experience the video quality.

I was looking for a camera to film my rides. This one has good quality and its pretty cool it has a touch screen and alot of modes. I need to upgrade my laptop because the video quality is to high. In 720 it looks good and i can edit it. The accessories are also usefull and its a good buy overall for the money
