This is a good camera for the price.
I did my research but was still not sure if this camera would be a good find. I was very pleased at the performance of this camera. Especially nice is the ability for the camera to work in low light situations. The price point makes this a definite find when comparing with action cameras 2 and 3 times the price. The V50x was a good purchase overall.

Fantastic Budget Camera

This Action Camera has been a fantastic product so far. I took it out kayaking and it provided great quality video and pictures. It comes with a large assortment of accessories that let the Akaso v50x camera be mounted almost anywhere. I took slow motion pictures of lightning storms, waterfalls, biking trips, kayaking, and I can't wait to use it for more. The time lapse feature also works very well. The only downside to the camera is the poor audio but they sell an external mic for only $10 that will provide much better sound. You can also use it as a webcam for making video chatting or recording. This is an absolute steal for being under $100.

Great little camera
I was very surprised at the quality of this camera due to the price. I mainly bought it for underwater pics and they came out fantastic! Really impressed with this. It also came with a number of accessories. I also mounted it to my mountain bike and it took pretty awesome video. Highly recommend, this is a much better value than the GoPro.

Amazing camera for the price!
My wife and I bought this camera before our trip to Australia and Southeast Asia. We took it scuba diving 20+ times down to 30 meters, in mud caves, on ziplines and everything in between. It performed amazingly and provided us with incredible memories that we couldn't have captured any other way. The quality is very close to that of our friend's gopro for a fraction of the price, not to mention all of the accessories it included. It would've cost at least 5-6 times as much and you're still getting true 4k video! There were zero issues with it and it worked perfectly. Definitely suggest getting the biggest microsd card you can and if you take it in the ocean, make sure you soak the case so the salt doesn't build up on the case and cause issues using the buttons. Would 100% recommend this camera!

This is a great little camera!
This is a great little camera! Attached it to my motorcycle helmet and it does everything I need for a whole lot cheaper than anybody else. Comes with all the mounts and accessories you might need!

Great camera value.
The Akaso V50X delivers everything I was looking for. A value-priced action cam that performs as well as the expensive models. I wanted a camera that delivers 4k video with smooth image stabilization and this camera does that. I've used it walking and on my bike and the stabilization is excellent. Image quality at 4k is great. Image quality suffers at lower resolutions. I do like to warm up the color in post-production. The only weak point -- as others have pointed out -- is the audio, however I'll probably buy the external mic that Akaso offers specifically for this camera at just $9.99.

Great camera for the price
Ordered the V50X as a replacement for an older GoPro. It worked flawlessly. The image stabilization reduced the camera shudder from fin kicks while filming underwater, footage looked rock steady. The Native 4K resolution processes smoothly with no jumps or blurring. I used the camera underwater down to 106 feet with no leaks or problems. You could go out and spend three to eight times the money for an action cam but why when this camera does it all.

Handy little camera
For the money theres a lot to like about this camera; it takes very good video. It has a great case, and the interface is well thought out. It does take a bit to get everything configured properly, but having a lot of settings is a good thing IMO. The image stabilization works well.

This camera works well
This is our first camera and found it works well for our purpose, we do a lot of hiking. I haven't used it underwater yet.
