Poor Quality
I received this K&N 33-2385 Sunday 11 Oct. 2020. As you can see from the pictures that the K&N quality assurance program does not work. I'm sending this filter back for a replacement and hope to get one that is properly constructed. The replacement filter is due to arrive Friday, 16 Oct. I'll let you know the results.Replacement filter arrived a day early. Much better quality and construction. No holes in the rubber support and the filter area was properly oiled. Upgraded from a 1 star to 4 star.

Poor Quality
Very poor quality one of the leg straps broke off, poor quality will never buy one like yours again, not happy with product

Poor quality.
This product is very poor quality. We are very disappointed. The cafe pot immediately turned a brown color even though we wash with soap daily. Often have difficulty starting it. Have to keep playing with it. Wish so much we could return it Passed that window Don’t buy.

Poor quality
I loved it...until the part that holds your phone cracked...and broke. Tried fixing with gorilla glue but broke again! Will not buy again
