Had this a couple weeks. Haven't extremely tested it but its easy to use and setup and I haven't had to charge it for 2 weeks of use, 30 min per day.

Easy to use for beginners; connected to wifi easily. However, battery life could be better. It only lasts me about ~20 minutes fully charged.

My husband has the Hero 4 Black and likes this one better because it's much easier to use. Push the button once to start and once to stop. Hold button three seconds to start taking pictures, push once to turn off. Connects easily to my iPhone to upload footage and it looks great. Easy!

I bought this for my 9 year old nephew and it kept him busy all summer long. He took it to the beach, the park, and the baseball field.

I have bought many “waterproof” camera’s over the years , hoping to find the right one for my little one for our vacation. They have all been terrible. This one is perfect. It’s a great little camera and really easy to assemble and use. We have tested it in the water and it held up well. The little one is beyond excited to use it while snorkelling. We have such high hopes for this.

Very easy to use. Lightweight and I use on the car dash. Small enough for packing without being bulky.

 Unlike my GoPro I actually enjoy using this camera a lot more due to the touchscreen aspect. I like that from best I can tell it is an aluminum and plastic shell, not all plastic like a GoPro.We have phones and tablets and we are all pretty much accustomed to the touch based interface so it is nice to see that brought to a camera and all for ease of use we all know.Quality looks nice in both video and pics. Plenty of simple to understand and adjust menus for each. Startup and shutdown are very quick so you can get right to business and it navigates through modes and menus smoothly.Playback on the unit is good and simple.App works well and doesn't take long to get used to using either.Plenty of modes although I mainly stick with video and pics on occasion.It is a bit too easy to turn on accidently but that's not so much a negative as an observation.When viewing created files there are going to be two shown for every video, one is the main large file created and the other is like a thumbnail for viewing when using the phone app.The only real negatives here come from the price to what is included. Now the unit itself is pretty great but for the asking price it should come with more than a tiny cable. No case, no extra battery, no accessories at all. Also unlike many of the other GoPro like cams this one is slightly larger and it will not fit into a GoPro housing.By not offering anything and with only giving people this practically useless charging cable (due to length) you are likely to lose a huge number of probable purchasers.At the very least this should have included a waterproof case and one mounting bracket and a decent length charging cable.Add a little more to the package and assuming it works well long term you might give GoPro a little competition.So far I have only been using this in the highest setting mode, as time progresses I will toy with lower resolutions (maybe) and if I find things I find are important enough I may edit this review to reflect. By nice and easy to use. Seems sturdy but haven't used it to any extremes. Don't like the picture quality though. The depth of field wasn't captured well and the color was dull. The simplicity and the size is the bonus for the price.
