Top notch action camera!
Have had the other name brand action cameras before and after breaking it, I decided to try the Akaso. I am a kayak fisherman and love this action camera. The large display screen, the battery life, and the app are all amazing features that are second to none. I have and will continue to recommend this action camera to my friends, family, and followers.

Well they certainly work
I bought two of these for a NAS drive. They sit in the basement next to the network switches and fiber modem, so noise isn't an issue. The packaging they arrived in was very robust. Installation is down to how the NAS was engineered, in this case I just shut it down then extracted one drive by pulling down on the release lever, taking one out and putting the new one in. The NAS has to be told it can use the drive, but then configures the drive and copies the content. Repeat for the second drive and when complete the available storage is doubled. Since then it has been running for a few months. On writes and reads the drives and the NAS have no trouble keeping up with the gigabit network inside the house, I see steady performance of around 110MB/s to the attached machines. Mostly I used them for backups and hosting music and video. In the end these drives work as well as any other modern drives. If they don't last for long enough for 32TB drives to be common then I will update the review.

So far so good. None bad in a batch of 8.
I purchased 8 of these drives in total - 5 for work and 3 for my own home NAS setup. Every single drive is installed, formatted, and has worked without issue for the last two months steady. They make a little noise, but nothing concerning or out of the ordinary for platter drives. I haven't done any read/write tests, but I have no complaints on the performance either at work or at home. I would definitely purchase again, and may even do so in the future if I need more storage... though that seems unlikely.

Múltiples discos duros consumen mucho. Estas nueva
Multiplicar los DDR cuando uno maneja mucha información local aumenta el consumo sobre la fuente, arriesgando su vida útil.Muy buena inversión.

Mine was low hours, yours may not be
Mine came refurbished with 39 hours on it and 1 power on. This being a refurbished yours may not. one reviewer noted 51000 hours which is roughly 6 years of constant use. Your milage may vary but i am ecstatic.

A Screaming Deal
These renewed enterprise hard drives give nearly all the advantages of new at half the price.I bought two of these drives to increase the storage in my NAS. Both of them worked just as they should straight from the box. I installed one, waited for the NAS to check the drive and complete the file transfer, then went to the other drive. No problems at all. Some people are nervous about these being used drives. When I checked the hours on these, they both registered less than 20 hours of use. Given that my previous NAS (not enterprise) drives lasted 5 years and 41,000 hours without any signs of nearing their life, I feel really good about these. The only thing you DON'T get for this price is a full warranty. You get 6 months. I extended mine for an additional 6 months by buying them on a credit card that doubles your warranty (up to a total of 5 years). So I have a year. The only other thing I will mention is that enterprise drives are louder than NAS drives. That's because they are faster and have a more durable head--and they aren't as concerned about noise reduction because they assume you're putting them in a server somewhere, not on your desktop. If you're recording music or voiceovers, you will want to move them out of the way. They are audible.
