I bought the Pocketalker Ultra Duo Pack for my grandmother who is in a nursing home. Without this device, my grandmother cannot hear me when I speak to her. With this device, she can hear me perfectly when I speak into the microphone. Also, the healthcare providers are able to communicate more effectively when providing care to my grandmother.When I put on the headphones, I hear a little background noise but for all intents and purposes this does not matter as my grandmother's ability to communicate outweighs the background noise issue. Of course, my grandmother's hearing aides would be more effective, but in the nursing home setting they could become misplaced quite easily.I recommend that you keep plenty of batteries on hand, as when my grandmother falls asleep with the device turned on, the batteries tend to wear out more quickly.All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend this device for the hearing impaired in a nursing home setting. The speech therapist and a nurse commented on how wonderful this product is and wished that all hearing impaired residents had one.

For starters these earbuds despite what people say, fit nice and snug in my ears, to fix that you need to put the side where the microphone mesh is facing downwards to get a good fit, unfortunately they still slide out here and there regardless of what you do. With all that being said, these earbuds are great, the sound is all things considered, superb for wireless earbuds standards, a bit heavy on the bass, but that's alright. I've been primarily been using them for work and the noise cancellation works wonders, meanwhile the ambient mode is hit or miss. It has issues with certain things it picks up, say I'm working at the grill, cooking burgers, it would pick up the sound of the grill and the cooking patties but everything else would be rather mute. I haven't had to juice these babies all too much surprisingly, the battery life is really a highlight for me, they lasted me much longer than expected. All around, I'm very much happy with these pairs and I'll be looking forward to other Samsung buds in the future.

Shortly after installing I had a fall and due to recent surgery could not get off the floor by myself. I needed the paramedics. But as I was ready to take a shower didn't have my lifeline button on me and the phone was in other room. So I just laid there awhile. I didn't know if it would work but I told Alexa to call a name in my phone and she did and I told him I needed help. He called paramedics, let them in and they got me off the floor. Every senior should have one of these. And get the Echo vs the Dot. The Echo hears better, has better speakers. The Dot works fine but you'll have to talk louder. I was always hesitant having a microphone in the house connected to the internet so its a leap of faith its not secretly listening. But I trust Amazon and the device is useful. I'll let others describe its many uses. BTW today the moon is 316,600 miles from Earth. It changes every day. For the truly curious you'll love Alexa.

This little guy is a nice webcam.The first thing is that this is actually 1080p. Others at this price tend to be 720p, but this is full1080p. It was instantly recognized by my Windows 10 machine without the need for any special drivers. True plug and play.I tested it first with the native camera app in Windows, and then tested it in an actual Zoom session. Others in the session said I sounded good and looked good.It fit nicely on top of my monitor and has a little bit of articulation to allow it to be tilted up or down and could be twisted left to right.The privacy lid flips up to reveal the lens and flips down to physically block it. When plugged into USB, the red LED on the right will remain on, and the green LED on the left will come on when the camera or microphone is being accessed by the computer.The included tripod is a nice option if you want to put it on a table and point it towards somethings else. The USB cable is listed as 6ft, but mine was about 4.5 feet. I think that is plenty of reach and less to manage if trying to keep these looking neat.Overall, a nice little webcam. And at $20 I'm not afraid to pack it up and bring it with a laptop or Chromebook.

I have used my fair share of microphones over the years and I have to say, for the price this USB condenser (Cardioid) microphone by Aokeo is pretty impressive.The AK-60 mic is absolutely plug-and-play. Just find an open USB port on your PC and you're good. Before this, my favorite mic to use for voice overs was an M-Audio Vocal Studio USB condenser mic. I liked how it sounded and even after reviewing other mics, I would always go back to it. Now, I can tell you without a doubt, that this one blows my fave out the back door! I love it!Whether your need is for podcasting, voiceovers, singing, music in a studio setting, this mic is pretty sensitive, For my uses, I am running it through Adobe Audition (Creative Suite 5.5 on a Windows 10 Pro desktop system). Once you have input and output matched on the machine, it's pretty straightforward. I am impressed with how easy it is to use and how well it performs -even better than some higher end mics that I have used.I

The headset meets expectations of typical gaming, especially with voice in mind. Device picks up voice and sound quite well, and your voice transmits clear through the microphone. Before I get to comfort and sound, I just want to explain how GOOD that microphone quality is! When I tested it on discord and overwatch, people could hear me loud and clear. Not the absolute best, but really good for its price. As for comfort, the earcups didn't squeeze my head and it didn't feel too heavy. The cooling gel pleasantly surprised, as it stopped my ears from sweating. It didn't feel like it was actually cooling my ears, but it did prevent some sweating and heat. The headband put a little bit of pressure at the top of my head, but it overall didn't irritate me that much. The sound is good, there's not much to say about it. I was hoping for a little more out of it, but it wasn't bad. The "noise cancellation" definitely disappointed me. The earcups don't horizontally rotate, so the earcups couldn't seal around my ears. I wasn't really looking for noise cancellation within headphones, but I'm still kind of sad that it didn't execute it well.

When recieving it it is quite straightforward. Put the microphone on the the stand it comes with (or another if you bought a boom arm) and plug it in to the device that you use. It uses usb which makes it easier as you dont have to buy any external things just to be able to use it. Now some things people should just know is that it appears the audio isnt that consistent. Now, i sit quite close to the mic so it isnt a real issue, but sometimes to relax my back or neck i back up a bit. Let me just say backup ng up half a foot can take the audio level from normal to an ant speaking through a tunnel. Although it doesnt happen alot and is just a minor inconvenience. It still annoys me and wish this wouldnt happen. Also i would reccomend to anyone buying to get a pop filter. I missed out on my chance cause none of them ship to me. If you dont really focus you might not notice but if you are video recording or doing a podcast it would be noticable by your audience.
