Nice lock for the money
Easy to install to a point. I watched the video I'm 68 woman and fairly simple to install. I also ordered the hub and connecting to wifi and hub were easy to. That's where it stopped there were no instructions at all for anything. I sent an email to the lock manufacturer and then connecting to Alexa was easy.With Alexa you need a skill and that's it. The problem was the skill isn't named anything close to the lock name. Get the skill "Sciener Smart" and it was done.

The camera was easy to install just go it set up and looking great so far

You need a good internet signal to have it connect
I use it for gate opener. Need help to install it so had to pay someone to install. Tech support is great and offered great help in connecting the system to my WiFi and smart phone
