Compact and very practical.Cons: You need a computer to set the camera settings (which are not intuitive); you cannot review your videos since the camera does not have a screen; it has a very low start (10 to 12 seconds).Pros: It is extremely compact; if you don't move it around too sudden, the quality in the images are very good. It can take photos and videos with low light and despite the noise in very low light, they are acceptable. It is very discreet and easy to mount in your car, bike or else. Despite the 20 min. limit for videos, it starts automatically a second video when the limit is reached.

It seems to be a good little camera for my grandson. We shall see as time goes on.

I mounted this on the handle bars of my 2012 dyna. Anyone that knows about Ruber mounted Harleys know the amount of vibration and this camera worked great. Battery life was an hour or two which was more than enough for the type of riding and things I do.

really nice little camera, only problem the wrist activator control will NOT snap pictures or activate film mode through even 6 inches of saltwater, First thing I did was try to take pictures from inside my marine tank which is one of two reasons I bought this camera, kind of disappointing about that. it works fine in my freshwater tanks but I got this for filming and shooting inside my marine tank for closeup coral pictures.

Has much better coverage than my previous dashcam. I took the battery out and attached the USB to my ignition 12 volt circuit. When the car starts, the camera turns on and off when car is turned off. The mounting bracket is included in the package.

Don't expect to know how to use it all out of the box; some things you Must learn. Good quality

Edited to add that the insta360 support team is very responsive and quite helpfulIt's a really fun and simple camera to use - just hold it up and don't even have to worry about the direction it's pointing at.The editing in app is also fairly straightforward to use - I use the iPhone and iPad to edit the clips and it works fine. What I like most is that you can reframe after you film, all the different angles quite easily.Battery life is pretty good - I don't worry about not having enough juice for a whole day shooting, and I just bring a battery pack in case I need to recharge while shooting.My one complaint is that the voice command seems very finicky, it stops recording thinking you said "stop recording" even though no one said that - I had to disable this feature, which is unfortunate as this was one of the main features I was looking to use. A word of caution, please ensure you test this out before the amazon return period runs up, I have just missed the return period by a few days as I was dealing with technical support, and it looks like I will have to send the unit back instead of using the quicker amazon exchange.

This was purchased for my wife's birthday. We took it on a cruise visiting Roatan, Honduras and used it riding on underwater scooters. Shots were excellent both as stills and video. Underwater mode has color correction that produces beautiful results. I recommend this product.
