Almost perfect camera.
For the price this is an amazing little camera. There are multiple ways to place it in the room, the picture is very clear and wide angle so you can capture more. The motion detection is so sensitive it sees dust! (At least we hope it’s just dust and not spooks!) It has a microphone and speaker so you can talk through it. You can playback recordings, and you can record them to watch later. The only negative is from what I can tell it only records from midnight!?!? (Maybe I am missing something), and then you have to scroll to the time stamp you want to see. So it will tell you there was motion detected at 01.32.22 and you have to scroll to that time to see what is was. It would be the perfect camera if it would jump to that time stamp.Otherwise I cannot complain. It did freak me out the second day I had it running, when I got a notification that someone else had tried to access my camera. I changed my password and there have been no further intrusions. Seems to have good security.

Decent home camera
The picture clarity is pretty good! Panning and tilting works great too! I recently had an issue with our internet disconnecting and then the camera would not connect to the app. The customer support at Amcrest was very responsive and helped resolve the issue. I do have issues with the app from time to time and the initial set-up can be a pain, but overall it is a decent home camera.

Great camera and support
I have used these cameras for years without an issue. Tech support has always been helpful and most recently Caleb solved my problem is seconds. I like the video quality and the features and would recommend these to anyone.

Versitil amcrest camera
Great camera! Ideal for monitoring what's going on in my observatory when I'm operating the telescope remotely. Panning and tilting works well especially when I need to zoom in and get details on a particular part of the instrument..

Amazing service and camera
Amazing service and camera. Lorri was great helping with setup.. Surprising clarity and ease of use right out of the box.. Had a little trouble with the software on the computer, not the phone! Just follow the booklet that comes with the camera and you will be up and running on your phone in minutes! It takes a little more time to set up the software so you can see your camera once you are away from your wifi network..Called Amcrest for issues to install on another computer. Geary was able to help me in minutes. The problem is the software install display is not big enough to show the sidebars or buttons and it has to be done blind.... Great support...

I like this camera
I like this camera. I wouldn't say love, but I definitely like it. We recently switched ISP's and the camera wouldn't connect to the new WiFi, so I emailed the Amcrest support. They ended up having to call me and remote into my laptop. They were very helpful and got the camera up and working in less than 15 minutes. Very helpful.

Great camera for the price.
Excellent camera for what I use it for. I like how I can add more cameras to the system. I can access this from my phone anyplace I want and see what my dog is doing ...

Great camera for the price
I bought this camera to get a hands on experience with Amcrest products, so far love it. The 1080p image is one of the best I have seen, the app is very user friendly, the cloud service is also very user friendly and easy to navigate, and the price is right.
