It is light weight but that is what you want when you are carrying this around. I am thinking i may want a little more wattage but that can come. I am very happy with my purchase.

Works excellently. I did have some problems getting it connected to all my devices, but Mellisa Jones worked me thru everything to a successful conclusion. I am extremely happy with this product and the company's service.

I have bought 100's of items on Amazon and this is the 1st time I feel the need to write a review. Reading all the reviews I thought this would be a great option for our family ski trips. I was wrong. The image quality is beyond bad, they look like cell phone pictures shot with my old Blackberry 15 years ago. The video quality at 1080 was marginally better but still not good. Luckily I was using my cell phone for pictures and video also so I did not lose memories of the day. Am I doing something wrong? Did I get a bad copy? This looks like a classic example of you get what you pay for.Update May 29, 2020 - ***** for serviceThe picture quality is still not what I want, the 1080 video is still marginal but the support is excellent. Akaso proactively contacted me about the review and offered to send me a replacement unit or refund the purchase price and keep the camera. I took the refund and I applaud them for taking the time to do this. I will probably use the camera occasionally for video when I need something compact.

So I took delivery of my new Insta360X3 today and I had been looking at videos online of people using it and I am very excited to see what this product can do. I have to say, the camera is pretty and has some impressive weight. It DOES seem to run a bit hot even just during initial setup so I am hoping out in the Florida sun it won't have an issue and it likely won't. I have to say though that the concept of installing a mobile app in order to activate the camera is clunky in my opinion and it seems like all of this could be handled in a better way. I am new with your products so this is probably something you have used over the years on other things but it seems like the device itself should be used more now that the screen is as large as it is. Seems like the device could be used to login but I suppose there is no keyboard here for things like WiFi password etc. The app upgraded the camera but it got stuck at 99% and sat there for an hour with the mobile phone (iPhone 14 Max Pro) saying it had disconnected. I finally bit my bottom lip and restarted the camera and it DID reconnect and thankfully the firmware upgrade did successfully complete. I bought several attachments and I am planning on doing a lot with this camera so I really want to master the thing. One final note, the water tight doors seem a little difficult to latch and I am going to look online for tips on this, I am afraid to force it and to break one of the latches etc. All in all I am very satisfied and I know this will be better than my former "heroic action camera" and I look forward to making several videos.

I bought these a couple of months ago and they are great so far! I only have to charge them once a week at the most sometimes not that often. I haven't owned any ear buds or headphones that don't require a lot of charging until these. I have to admit I am not picky on sound quality so I may not be the greatest judge but everything comes through clear even if I am other end of house or outside and my device is inside that's good enough for me.
