Well made. Lightweight for kids and adults.
Bought as a Christmas gift for our granddaughters they are seven and nine years old and carry their own backpacks. They go on a lot of day hikes or just out on local nature trails and my daughter specifically asked for something that wouldn’t weigh them down, but that is also functional and she didn’t want a cheap pair of little kid binoculars. About a week after Christmas they went on their first hike and sent us pictures of them using them. Highly recommend for both kids and adults.... because my daughter told me she kept stealing them so she could look around as well. Highly recommend.

Perfect for remote work
This little earpiece.... and I do mean little... is the best single ear headphone microphone I've owned. I'm on calls most of the day every day. The battery lasts between 4-5 hours. But recharges very quickly. I find I can get through an 8 hr day fine if its charged full in the mornings and I have even just a few minutes between each call to plug it in.Sound quality on both sides is very clear. I love it has the ability to recognize loud background noise, and increases the volume in your ear automatically. There are times I've been on a call (muted), making coffee, and the ear piece automatically adjusts accordingly as the machine gets louder. Also does a great job with noise cancelation on the other end. My coworkers have very rarely heard anything other than my voice. And as a digital nomad, my background can get noisy. It is very small though. I'm glad the ear pieces are orange because this would have been lost the day I got it.Fits well in my ear, and I like the clear ear wrap piece isn't necessary when using the rubber orange inner ear attachments.Set up was a breeze too. Went from box to use in less than 2 minutes. All in all, 10/10 highly recommend.

SteelSeries Arctis 3 Bluetooth
This is one of those cases where the reviews are all lumped together on one page for all styles of a product. The style being reviewed is listed under the reviewer’s name. This is the first headset I’ve used with the “ski goggle strap”. It is an elastic strap which crosses over the head under the headband and distributes the weight evenly over your head. You have about two inches of Velcro adjustment. The band is replaceable and very comfortable. The ear pads are very malleable and soft and covered with a breathable fabric (although I have a hard time imagining ears breathing). The microphone is retractable and all buttons are conveniently located. You receive all required cords. I keep mine in a labeled zip-lock bag so I don’t have to search through a jumble to locate the right ones. An instruction brochure is included. I suggest you go to the Steelseries web-site for their “engine software”. I forgot to check the time for the first charging. I plugged it into my computer and the next time I remembered to look the charging light was off.Since this is a gaming headset I really wasn’t expecting great music but I was surprised by the quality. Bluetooth pairing was simple. I really can’t think of anything to complain about. This is a product of the Bose company.

Forget the NaySayers - it's a good mic!
I have been doing sound professionally for many, many years, and have learned to not just "listen" to a mic, but to spend times with specs and measuring devices to truly see what is happening. This mic is nearly identical to a NEW SM 57 is sound and performance. I'll will explain why this varies from other reviewers with similar experience. A microphone is a mechanical device that has moving a moving membrane that creates electronic signals as the element moves in and out of the coil. Like all mechanical devices, they degrade over time. No good sound guy uses a SM 57 for years - sure it still works, but it doesn't sound the same. Does it sound better after a few years - that's a personal choice. Anyway, I can assure you that the guys who say they sounded different tried it against one of their old mics.Comparing a new Shure 57 and this mic side by side reveals nearly identical results. When I blind tested 6 people with the 2 mics with different sound sources, 4 said there was no difference, and 1 liked the Shure and 1 liked the Pyle Pro.It is possible that these mics are built in the factory that Shure abandoned in China about 12 years ago. The mic body are different in weight (the Shure is heavier), and I cannot speak to their road-worthiness, but at that price I can break 4 and still be ahead! Buy it!

Very happy with these!!! I ran some tests to prov
Very pleased with these - the comfort, the noise cancellation, the microphone. I ran a couple tests. I first put them on while the microwave was running. Although the hum of the microwave was muffled pretty well just from the phones themselves, I then clicked on the noise cancellation. The low hum of the microwave totally disappeared!!! It was amazing to see how much noise cancelled! Then I made a test phone call using the blue tooth on my phone. I left the phone where it was and walked into a completely different room. The person on the other end said I sounded just like I was on the phone, so the mic works great, even though it is just a small hole in the earphones. An added benefit is that with the noise cancellation on, your voice still sounds natural to yourself , making it feel more natural to talk with the headphones on. I tested turning off the NC, and sure enough I could then hear how muffled and bassy my voice sounded to myself. But NC is always on by default, so these work perfectly for phone calls. Oh and lastly, I adjusted the volume of my phone call way up and way down, using the phone volume controls. The whole time, my voice volume was consistent and clear to the other person, while giving a great volume variation of the other person's voice to my ears. Just a great product all the way around!

Good value for the money.
Considering the price the sound quality, for gaming and music, is good for set of cans with a decent microphone. The audio quality won't blow your mind or anything, but they are a lot better than a $20-50 set of cans, and about on par with other $80-90 headphones, which is what you should expect from gaming headsets in this price range. Sound isolation is very good, it's hard to hear other people talking to you a few feet away. As a result I wouldn't advise use them when walking around on the streets, and they look a little odd anyway. The mic has a good sound profile, it sounds natural without noticeable compression, until your really push it in post. The only downside to the mic is that it is on the quiet side, so you need to bump up the gain to be heard clearly. In terms of comfort, they are okay. Wearing them for more than an hour will leave your ears feeling on the sweaty side, even on a cool day. If you don't adjust them correctly this headset can be extremely uncomfortable and put a lot of pressure on your head. Once adjusted the comfortable level is acceptable for an hour or two at time.Build quality, while the entire structure of the headset is plastic, it's not cheap feeling plastic. After 6 months of ownership they are still in like new condition, but then I don't chuck my headphones around, when not in use they are on a headphone stand.

Use Movo with your Mevo!
I recently received my Mevo camera to live broadcast via Facebook live. With that camera you can choose audio that comes from the camera or the Apple device you are using to do your editing, however, this setup works even better as it has more of a directional mic. I am able to mic up two speakers to my iPad or iPhone and have ongoing commentary and there is enough cord that you don't have to be on top of each other to do so. I also like it because it is obvious that we are doing a live broadcast and when they see the microphones others can see we are broadcasting and don't start up random conversations. The shorter microphone does detach and you can plug in another TRS device such as a stereo or shotgun and it will be transferred to the iphone (TRS to TRSS). So it's a nice device to use with a Mevo camera. Can also use on it's own just as a voice recorder. You cannot adjust the input of each mic separately so you have to match up the distance to the mouth but it's not that difficult. I didn't use the headphone port. All in all it seems to be working well for my needs.exceeded expectation. I would buy this again and I would recommend it to others!

Pretty good
Works quite well once set up. The app is okay. Have used the desktop apps on mac and windows as well as iPhone and iPad. While it does claim to be HD 1080p and you can switch between HD and SD modes, the video encoding itself is very low bit-rate and this results in really not that great a quality of picture. It started out as HD maybe but the encoding is too heavy to maintain it at all, definitely nowhere near movie quality. It's enough to see what's going on but could do with being double the quality. The audio speaker/microphone does work though slightly muffled. It's been useful using this away from home and being able to see what's going on on wifi or cellular network anywhere I go. I use it to keep tabs on my wife who is disabled for safety and to be able to talk to her if needed. It works with a slower kind of wifi setting on the router so your wifi has to support it, and I think maybe this limits the bitrate of the video. You also have to connect your phone via that slower connection in order to set up the app. Overall though its been very helpful to be able to keep tabs on what's going on from anywhere and connection is quick and easy.

A Battery powered Web Cam system is finally here
Excellent and easy to use, I'm also impressed with their android app. I'm using it as a pet web cam and to monitor my front door along with a traditional hardwired security camera system. The software is pretty solid and will only get better. I wish they included a mic so I could use the front door cam as an internet door bell since the camera motion sensor alerts me quickly enough on my smart phone to speak to who ever is at the door in realtime so they would think someone is at home. It might be a good idea add a microphone expansion kit in future. The fact that the cameras are weather proof is great since you can quickly move a camera to a trouble spot to see what is going on there. I was worried about battery life and that has not been a problem once I realized how to optimize my settings. The interface can be confusing at times but it's no more than a a small annoyance. This product has given me great peace of mind when I'm not at home and it's hard to put a price on that.Update 8/11 - Now having issues with cams not giving accurate battery levels, it goes from full battery strength on display to red low battery level with no warning and this with running the latest firmware.
