Brand Loyalty Rewarded
These are my fourth pair of steelseries headphones i've used since first buying steelseries equipment, their Siberia 150's were first then a pair of steelseries arctis 5's before going to a pair of Steelseries arctis 7's. through all these pairs ive been happy but these headphones blow all of them out of the water!Pro's:Extremely comfortable i've worn these several 8-12 hour days with no issues.Sound is at audiophile level for pc headphones they are less artificially sounding and allow a much more natural sound through with that said they don't do quite as well on the lower end of the spectrum and they do in the high end. These are the first pair of headphone that required no tinkering to get the microphone to be clear while gaming with friends plugged in and off we went. The DAC is more than worth it, without having to force your computer through software to manage EQ's and other settings the DAC sets the best settings for each situation. it's very easy to use when you do change settings instead of opening the Engine you can change it directly on the DAC which is easy to navigate.Cons:Some may be a little unhappy with the costs they are a investment however comparing them to other headphones in the same range the Arctis Pros standout for superb sound and ease of use.

Better for use as a gaming headphone, but mostly o
You get a very comfortable headphone, convenient microphone mute, nice styling, good compatibility. What you don't get is balanced or great quality audio for a wide variety of music. I would describe it as lacking in the very low end and cuts out on extreme highs while also vibrating too much and causing static at higher volumes. The highs and lows seem to be separated decently. I have a $20.00 pair of Monoprice headphones that do not require the volume to be turned nearly as high to enjoy what I consider to be very immersive sound. The Monoprice headphone also don't vibrate or issue static unless I max my volume levels out. I needed a decent pair of headphones primarily for gaming for me and my son that would not break the bank and these will be fine for this purpose. I have owned some Sennheiser 280 HD Pros, which broke very easily, and I have always felt the Monoprice headphones sounded very similar. The HyperX Cloud Stinger reminds me of a 1000 different cheap over the ear headphone I have owned over the course of my life. I also hate the plastic protection they install on the headphones as I found it a major pain to remove. If you need the mic and you like the styling and you will primarily be gaming and not listening to music they should satisfy you.

Best Mics For the Price
I want to start out by explaining that I am a Pastor at a church that wears multiple hats. One of the hats has me deeply involved with our sound system. throughout the past few years we have tried several different wireless microphone systems. Some cost less than these and some cost more than these. We started using the Fifine system several years ago. I liked the quality and sound of these so much that we purchased another unit. However I kept having issues with the second unit and could not quite figure out what was the problem. During this process I was still trying other systems to work with my existing Fifine system. One day I reached out to the manufacture because I wanted so much to use this system. They asked me one question, what channel are the mic preset on? Than it all made sense, why I had a issue with the second set, they were both set at 16 and 19. The manufacture was very understanding and immediately sent me another set which they made sure was set to a different frequency that the ones we were already using. I am sold on the Fifine wireless system. Like I said I have purchase unit that cost double what these cost and have not yet been as satisfied with them as I am with these.

WOW!!!
The performance of this microphone is spectacular. Much better than expected. Mid-range voice/acoustic reproduction and VOIP applications (EchoLink) were my primary reasons for purchasing this mic. So I can't tell you it's response quality beyond these limits.I would have given this product 5 stars except for one shortcoming: You MUST use headphones with this mic because it cuts off your speakers. The mic has a plug in its side for headphones or an external speaker. This is okay when you are using it for music, but for VOIP operations, this is a pain and forces you to stay anchored to the computer when you could be moving around the room. It's also one more piece of gear you need to carry when traveling.PROS: Small size, great performance, selectable between directional and omni, built in stand for desktop use or clipping to computer, can be screwed onto a mic stand, comes with travel case to protect mic and keep dust out when not in use.CONS: Heavier than expected (every ounce counts when you travel!), forces you to use headphones, would've been nice if they would have included a SHORT USB cable to fit inside the carrying case, rather than the supplied cable that will not fit in case.Overall, a very good buy and one I would recommend without hesitation.

Solid headset with good sound and decent perks - a
Gaming headsets don't tend to last long in this house. The Teenager goes through them in what seems like ridiculously short periods of time. These he has had for a bit, and so far so good - particularly for the price. Even better - he loves them. They are comfortable on his ears, the sound quality - particularly the bass - is excellent, and there was no controller adapter needed for his Xbox One console. He loves that he can just move the microphone up to turn the speaker off - that was something specific he mentioned. And occasionally (because he's a bit of a dork), he's work them around the house as regular headphones when doing his chores so he can listen to his music. This is because he loves how much better they feel on his head than his last pair.Overall, out of the 4 or 5 pairs of headphones that he has had in the last couple of years, these are by far the best. They are cheaper than a couple of others he has tried, but this have been the ones he has raved about. And so far - they've lasted for a little while without beginning to short out (which happened with a couple of other pairs) or any other issues. For any gamer who wants a good, solid headset with decent sound - but isn't willing to shell out a crazy amount of money - these are an excellent choice.

Better than the Yi I had
I originally had purchased the YI Camera 2, and after several weeks of waiting for them to get the Apple app available, I returned it for the Amcrest IP2M-841 Pro HD. I am glad I did. This camera is much better in quality and features than the Yi. The Yi I had originally purchased was not the dome camera so it is not an exact comparison. How they can compare is in a few ways. The Amcrest has a better quality image that seems, from what I have observed, to be real time. The Yi would freeze and it was like watching time lapse video. This camera the times I have watched the image stays on real time. Both cameras allowed me to see both of may cameras at the same time. The difference is the Amcrest allows me to see live images at the same time while the Yi it would display both images but not live. I would have to select the camera I wanted to view and wait for it to download. The Amcrest is live and instantaneous viewing when I want to go to the one camera. With the Yi I could turn the camera off through the app. From what I see with the Amcrest,, the camera cannot be turned on and off unless you unplug it from the power source. The Amcrest is a more complex in setting up the cameras than the Yi was. The Yi was pretty basic while the Amcrest offers a lot more options in settings and takes a while to understand it all. For example, with the Amcrest you can set up to record all the time, during specific hours of the day, for specific days, or limit it to just record motion that is detected. When you want to playback the image, you can designate a specific time period to review.I didn't give it five stars because there are a few features lacking that I would have liked. The first is there is no volume control for the external microphone. It is very sensitive. I have a clock about 12 feet from one camera and you can hear the ticking of the clock coming through the camera. I wish there was a way to adjust the sensitivity of the microphone. A second thing is I wish there was an option to view two cameras at the same time. The lowest option if to view four cameras together. This is not that bad a deal it is just the images are smaller with two live images and two blank images on the display. The other thing that really disappointed me was the camera rotation. My main purpose was to get the cameras to monitor our dog. This camera rotates laterally just fine, but the up and down tilt is lacking for me. It will tilt high enough to see the ceiling but not as low as I would like to see the floor (where the dog is). The higher you place the camera, the worse the ability to see below the camera. Fortunately there is a wall mount that comes with the camera that is adjustable. I used this mount with the camera I have placed higher on a shelf and adjusted the mount down so the camera itself is angled down. That helped give me more detail of the floor image.Overall I am satisfied with the camera. Also, my information is based on the Amcrest View Pro app.

Pretty okay. Depends what you're looking for. - U
Edited July 9th 2021.They sent me an updated version. It has a USB-C charging port. With ANC on, the sound quality is still degraded, but you have to frankly know what you are listening for to notice. I still have issues with it pairing to my computer. The upcoming version if you check on their website includes a dongle - which should dramatically improve compatibility, even though I LOATH having to put a dongle in a laptop to use something that is supposed to be bluetooth. A lot of the intel WiFi Bluetooth cards support that AptX codec, and it works fine with other headphones I have. Not sure if it has something to do with this one supporting AptX-LL and not the other ones.Regardless, the updated version is a great deal at around $80 as listen on their site.---------- Old Review --------------I really really wanted to love these. In the end I returned them. Here's what I found with them.- Pros- Decent sound quality with ANC off- Low latency with the right bluetooth adapter (not included)- Comfortable- Cons- Audio quality is terrible with ANC on- Microphone doesn't work in low latency mode- button layout is not intuitiveI was looking for something that sounded good and I could use for gaming with low latency. Without the mic working it's a deal breaker for me. Also wanted to be able to use ANC and listen to stuff. These are designed to be ANC or listen to music. Genuinely unpleasant to listen to with ANC on.
