After spending time on the phone with Jake Fraser from technical support, I am convinced that Amcrest is the only brand of security camera I will ever buy. After buying a new cell phone, I needed to install the app and set up my home camera on the new phone. Unfortunately, I forgot my password and needed to call tech support for instructions on how to reconfigure the camera. The wireless set-up did not work but Jake patiently waited for me to find an ethernet cable and get all of the equipment in one area so that he could complete the config. I could not believe his level of patience! I am so thankful that he answered the support call. Great customer service/tech support are sometimes hard to find but Amcrest has made me a customer for life. Thanks again Jake!

Headset is extremely light weight (same as quarter in hand). Feels very comfortable and ergonomic when wearing with default setup. Ear will not feel irritation after wearing for a prolonged period of time, at times you don't realize your even wearing itComes with a interchangeable eargels with hook and additional transparent over-the-ear plastic hook. If you plan to use the in-ear hook eargel; it feels very awkward and loose at first, but you get used to it. I personally prefer using the default eargel with no hook for a more comfortable fit. Although the in-ear hook eargel provide a good grip, if you're not sedentary and do physical activity i recommend using the transparent hook attachment also.Call quality is very good. Clear sound on both ends. Noise isolation is good on the ear the headset is on.Audio on headset will audio adjust depending on how loud the environment is.If your other ear is sensitive to sound; in extremely loud environment like a concert, you may have to cover the other ear to listen. When audio is revived from other party it has a "studio recording mic sound to it"Sound coming in has a digital surround sound feature and doesn't feel like the audio is forced into your ear canal, which makes listen to multi-media great.When paired via bluetooth; ALL audio coming from your phone is transferred to the headset from GPS, listening to music, steaming videos, video calls, etc.Note that audio is coming to only one ear, so music that have audio transition/fading from one ear bud to another won't be heard.Has a Siri, Google Assistant button (not sure if it works for Bigsby). very convenient if you use these digital assistants features on your phone oftenBattery life is very good. Similar to most bluetooth headset in the market: excellent idle time, 3 hours constant talk-time/multimedia use when volume set half way. Charges in an hour/hour and a half.Comes with a car charger which is a nice bonus. I'd replace the cord as it's very short. Uses micro USB, which is a bit disappointing since most tech is transitioning to Type C charger. At least it's not a dedicated charger.Don't like the AI voice. Feels very artificial compared to Siri, Google Assistant, Alexa, or Bigsby. But will call out who's calling you while driving, so no need to visually look at your phone.Overall, very good quality headset. Highly recommended

These headphones are of great quality! I purchased them to reduce the external noise I experience during my commute. Testing both on the train and airplane, the noise cancellation is amazing! I really did not understand how loud the airplane really is until I used these headphones and took them off mid flight.Call quality is great as well! I'm able to take a call in a crowded, noisy environment and the person on the other end can hear me clearly.Sound quality is great. I've always liked Bose's sound signature and these headphones do not disappoint. If you are looking for booming bass, look elsewhere.

I love this headset! Everyone says they can hear me just fine, and I can hear them as well. Very sturdy, adjust over my head properly, I never feel like I need to speak loudly for people to hear me. I've where the mic sits at and how I simply move it just to listen to music or inspirational audios.

Used this in combination with the Altec Lansing iML237USB ORBIT Portable USB-powered speaker. Callers could hear us well through the mic and quite pleased with its use. Might have to move the mic around if a room is beyond the 20x20 ft size but could easily just move the the computer if the mic cord was not large enough. Cost-effective solution to the expensive phones required at conferences for only the cost of internet!

This product meets all of my needs. I am a beginning photographer and this tripod is lightweight, has amazing features, and when fully extended it is taller than me. I'm 6'2". Highly recommend.

I have used the Oontz for several weeks now. I have a weekly phone call that I bought it for to make hands-free calling easier. I am amazed and heartened, however, by the great acoustics. And I now use it for every phone call that I make. Battery life is great too.
