Great, easy to use.
I bought this to add a lot of space to my xbox one, and it came with the usb 3.0 cable inside the box, it took me literally 20 seconds to setup, and I'm pretty stupid so that's saying something.

Quick and easy to use
Backed up my entire computer in like 10 minutes by just plugging this in and following on screen instructions. Very small and light.

Easy to install and use
I purchased (3) of these for Grandpas to chat with their Granddaughter.On (2) desktop computers and (1) laptop, the installation was easy and the camera mounted just fine.I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend this product to others.

Not super easy to use
Not super easy to use, but once you get used to it there are a lot of cool things you can do with it once connected to your echo ( ie. Turn TV On ) . Haven't yet decided if the features it offers is worth the high price tag.

Easy to use with Mac
I use this as my Time Machine backup disk on my iMac (Catalina). No software, no reformatting, just plug in and you’re all set to go. You may have to reformat if you first use it on Windows and then try on Mac, but I’m not sure; I don’t have a Windows machine handy to try. But on a Mac, just plug it in right out of the box and it pops up ready to go, nothing else needed. I’ve never had any issues with Toshiba external HDs, and so far this one is working just as expected, too. No complaints.
