Very flimsy but from the price u can expect that mine broke 3 weeks later when i made a mistake and shut them in my car door.I message them and told them what happen because it was still under warranty all they did was message me the RMA policy and offered me a 10% discount lol great customer service[Update]Avantree Support message me and offered to send me a brand new pair. So far so good i haven't mishandle them yet and there working just fine hopefully i'll keep them away from my car door.

Go figure. 10 days after it was out of warranty the battery completely died and now the watch won't turn on

Look nice, however one bulb popped upon me 1st hanging these lights and the enclosed paper work states the bulbs are warrantied for the 1st year. I wrote them and never heard back.

Good afternoon, I don't see any other means on contacting you regarding the warranty on this product. I purchased these earbuds for my wife but the battery does not keep a charge. She likes the earbuds and the fit but the battery life is only minutes. I've read other reviews that this product has a lifetime warranty.How can I have my earbuds replaced? Thanks,

The lights were great... but the cord has shorted out one of my sets no longer work. How do i use the 3 year unconditional warranty?
