Lo uso para Chromecast, para poder sacar el audio del HDMI y conectarlo a unos altavoces externos. Conectado a un Chromecast no necesita mas alimentación que la del propio Chromecast.

Bonjour, j'ai acheter ce produit pour utiliser chromecast sur une vieille dalle samtron 94v .Image superbe pour caster l'écran. J'ai acheté ce modèle car le modèle dvi ne fonctionne pas avec chromecast .

HDMI female to VGA male only. NOT BI DURECTIONAL!!
Did its job. I had an old pc monitor and wanted to be able to use my old Chromecast device or Roku. Haven't tried my Roku on it but my Chromecast works. The picture gets cut but I think that deals with the Chromecast settings not the device itself.
