Great option for a hands-free call.
During the pandemic, my husband worked his small business from home. Everything was working off of his cell phone. Needing 2 hands to work his business, he needed something to keep contact with his customers as well as working the computer at the same time. This was a great answer. Easy to use. Easy to remove or replace the phone on the stand. very sturdy. Well worth the cost.

Good product... Not prefered for voice call
Good sound quality... But I'm really unsatisfied with noice cancelation... Caller at the other end say that he can hear all other voice much clear than my voice... It's really bad that such thing happen with jbk when my portronics harmonic is doing good work of noice cancelation...Battery life is good... I use this for around 8hours continues before it's said "im gonna die"... The charging time is very long it take between 2-3hours to get fully charged...The bass quality is good and there is no problem of head ach or ear pain even after 8hours of continues use...It's preferable for those who Want good sound quality... And surely it's not for the people who want to talk to there girlfriend during travel or workout...

Cell Phone Conference Call Speaker
This unit works great for conference calls. Had 4 people on it with my iPhone and all could clearly hear and be heard. Very nice size with plenty of volume to spare. Great job Jabra!

Works great as a conference call speakerphone
I connect this to my laptop and use the Jabber phone system and I have no complaints. Sound quality on both ends is good for conference calls.

Great conference call speaker and mic!
Works well for all our conference calls, both in office and conference room. Great battery life, no issues making it through a full work day.

Clear call audio, but not for music or gaming
These are good headphones for voice chat. The headband and earphones are fairly comfortable, despite being rather on the small size. They're certainly an alternative to earbuds or larger ear cans.It's fair to say that these are useless for music and, as such, gaming. As they're not advertised as this, however, I've not factored it into my review.For voice audio, these aren't bad. The sound is clear and you can understand the caller well. I'm also told that my voice is clear, so the mic works well.The audio volume switch is a little odd on the cable. It's quite far down compared with others and the slider is the opposite to normal.Overall, these are OK. They're fine for work calls, which is what they'll mainly be used for.

excellent customer service
Excellent Technical Support from a gentleman Patrick Spencer. I was having some trouble connecting the camera to the wi fi through my phone app. But a call to the tech support easily solved the problem. They got into my computer screen and just connected it by configuring it that way. This is the 3rd call I had over the year or so with this company, as I am not that tech savvy. And each call I've always gotten exactly the help I needed. That is what you would hope for and I am very happy with them. Ben

Good for remote group conf call
Worked great in conjunction with my android phone in a room size 40 x 60 with 18 people throuout the room
