Would not recommend purchasing this doorbell to anyone!
I would not recommend purchasing this doorbell. We own 2 and they are off line a lot. Now the alerts do now work on either doorbell. We try to reconnect our phones to each doorbell but is difficult to get the doorbell to connect to our iPhones. The directions say you cannot use 5G so we’re using 2.4G and they still do not send alerts and are offline most of the time. Not a good product!

My old bell would not work with ring doorbell even with the ring pack but ring chime pro changed that. Well worth the investment.

As a first time buyer of ring, I am very satisfied with this device. The video is very clear and it works better than I had anticipated.

Ring Chime pro strengthens WiFi
The Ring chime pro is a good product. I had problems with back door Ring doorbell. It was to far away from wifi signal. The Ring chime pro help create a stronger wifi signal. The back door Ring doorbell works much better now.

Works Slick, Sounds Good, Great Security Upgrade.
I use the chime to alert me to when someone is on my porch - hooked to the ring doorbell pro - though the motion activation setting. Has a very pleasant ring. Wasn't cheap but I find it a valuable addition to my Ring doorbell.

Works great (PoE is a must), but a little expensiv
The only reason to buy this Elite Ring doorbell cam (over other Ring doorbell cams) is for PoE (otherwise, all other cams use wireless internet). But Ring has since come out with the Stick Up Cam Wired (2018 version), which also has PoE. So keep that in mind when selecting a cam. But no matter what, PoE (not wireless) IS the way to go. Super reliable and you avoid all wireless issues.

Works great!
It’s nice to hear the doorbell ring without having to be attached to our phones. Really, this should come with the Ring doorbell, not as a second purchase, but alas, this does work well and was easy to set up.

Great Wi-Fi extender for ring doorbell
I use it for extended Wi-Fi to my ring doorbell. I like it for the ease of installment and has several selections for doorbell chimes.
