Audio Quality????
The product works as described. The price is right. The speaker is very portable. That is worth 4-5 stars.BUTT! The audio quality sounds distorted. I am listening : I-Pad 4 > KGO-810 AM radio talk show. The voice sounds compressed or lack of fidelity. 2-3 star.

Perfect audio.
The mic works perfectly as advertised and the sound quality is really clear and nice. I can hear my voice perfectly as well as my other recipients voices and I like the fact that it has a headphone jack to work together as a unit. Great overall product I love it.

Audio muffled
My 10 year old son is having good fun with his camera. He ran around the neighborhood shooting pictures and videos all day. When we transferred them to the computer, We couldn’t clearly hear him talking. The audio sounds like the speaker has a cloth over it. He was disappointed about that, but still tries to use it. Audio and Price is why I gave it 3.5 stars

Awesome customer service!!!!
What’s even better than this great product is the customer service! They are a big company but they treat their customers like they truly matter-which seems rare these days. The sound went out in one of our cameras. We were 2 months out of warranty but they worked with us to get us a new cameral right away bc they know the value of a baby monitor to parents. They responded right away and walked us through the whole process.We don’t like wifi cameras and this is a safe non wifi camera. Good quality and easy to transport when you travel. Go with this monitor-the product is great and if any issues come up, the customer service can’t be beat!

Good little booster
Before I didn't have WiFi any where outside now I have WiFi all the way to my pool .
