Great 360 cam
I love being able to see 360 degrees with this cam, no blind spots! The quality is excellent and the motion detection is spot on. It even picked up a spider that crawled on the cam. You can’t beat this for the price!

A must have for a home office or for road warrior.
The Poly Sync 20 is a portable and quality speakerphone for your home office or on the go. The Sync 20 has been an essential addition to my home office for video and voice calls in MS Teams. I have struggled with having a good setup for video calls with my Surface Pro having a weak speaker and microphone that often my colleagues would say they can't hear me clearly. I've had a great experience with the Jabra Evolve2 headset, but hours of meetings causes me ear and head pain. The Sync 20 is great companion to alleviate most of my challenges. It is a dual mode, wired and wireless speakerphone, meaning it works connected to USB to your PC or Bluetooth wireless with your phone when you are on the road. You can even use the Sync 20 as a power bank to charge your smart phone. The Sync 20 has a solid build quality, looks and feel premium. If you've ever used Polycom equipment at your workplace, you know the quality of these devices. And with Plantronics reputation with quality home and office headsets and voice equipment, I have high expectations for the Sync 20 is deliver a top-notch call experience. And I was not disappointed. Plugging the Sync 20 into USB port on my Surface and a quick settings check in MS Teams and I was ready to go. The audio quality on the Sync 20 is excellent, with a emphasis in the mids to ensure speech is clear and detailed. However, I also noticed how rich the sound if playing music through the Sync 20. I know this is a speakerphone as not meant to be an external speaker, the sound quality is very good compared to my Surface Pro built-in speakers. The response across the frequencies was balanced with a decent low end, which I was honestly surprised by. But back to the call quality as this main strength of the Sync 20. When recording my voice, it sounded clear and natural, without it sounding digital. The microphones also did a great job canceling background noises. My home office is in the basement and sometimes the furnace fan can get loud, but the Sync 20 did a good job reducing the fan rumble. On MS Teams, my colleagues said my voice was coming though crystal clear and I was also hearing them fine. The volume was good and it can get really loud.Overall, the Poly Sync 20 is an excellent 2-in-1 speakerphone with a premium build quality, easy operations and top-notch call quality in MS Teams. Highly recommended.

Chose over others due to prior Amcrest experience.
So... with the change in how we are all doing business and meetings, the webcam has become a necessity to do so. Although my iPhone X can handle the meetings, screen sharing has become a larger part and being able to see what someone else has while on my phone...just not working.I set out to find a good webcam. For me I have a number of Amcrest security cameras and they have all worked as they should, so this was one of my first choices. I did look around at others, and for the few extra bucks it cost--- it was and still is my first choice. It was received in good order and of course I had to try it right away. Usually I build my systems, but in this case it is a store bought Asus PC tower and once connected.... it found it and was all setup in no time. To test, I setup a call over Microsoft Teams and video was great, but no sound. Went digging through my system settings and for whatever reason, the microphone was turned off. Huh. So after turning it back on, ending and restarting my Teams session-- video and audio both worked fine. The person that did the testing with me was happy with the sound as it didn't sound muffled like others we have heard on calls. Camera resolution is good and works in both well lit and not so well lit scenarios. I will have to install a dimmer on my lights as without it in my office, two are directly above me and give me a bit of white glow--- as soon as I turned them off the picture was great minus being a bit too dark (but I expected that!).Overall, I am happy with the unit. I do like the privacy shutter and especially the visual confirmation that the unit is off/ on with a red and green light on the front. My only issue (it is all in my setup) is my monitors are on post that have them close to 10" off of the desktop. This sets the camera too high and it always has the "looking down" feel when in use. I need to come up with a magnet setup or stand to set it at the right height at about mid height of the monitors, but be able to move it out of the way when not in use. Nothing wrong with the unit, but is just my setup that hurts it.Otherwise, sound is solid, video is solid, and setup was normal. Smaller than I thought, but in this case it is a good thing.

Exceptional sound quality, great battery life. Noi
Sound quality on these is GREAT - No complaints whatsoever. Music sounds good, TV dialogue is easily understandable, full range of sound is audible. Mic quality is good, but not as top of the line as the sound.Battery life is pretty in line with what's advertised. Expect to charge at least twice weekly if you use your headphones heavily.I'm not crazy about the touch controls. They seem finicky to me, and don't give you good feedback. Instead of being able to adjust transparency on a percentage scale, I'd much rather have a quick switch for going between fully transparent and fully noise cancelling.I had some problems initially with pairing and set up. When connected to my Windows 10 PC, they appear as two different sound devices - Headphones & headset. Quality when connected as a headset is terrible, so make sure it's connected as headphones. Headset connection can be disabled in output devices if it's connecting the wrong one as default, but make sure it's left enabled in the input devices list or you won't be able to use the microphone. The app is...Not great. No desktop version as far as I can tell, so you have to control it from a phone or emulator. I ended up turning off almost all of the app features. Auto adjusting noise cancellation didn't seem to work properly, and I have no idea what "Comfort calling" is because most of the app features don't have descriptions (This one isn't listed in the manual either). On head detection has annoyed me with every device I've ever had it on, but I'll concede that before I turned it off this was the least terrible implementation that I've experienced.Initial pairing experience was troublesome, but now that all my devices (Desktop, laptop, phone) are paired I'm able to transition between them all pretty smoothly. Occasionally I'll have to turn bluetooth off on one device or another because I'll get continuous "Connected/Disconnected" messages while listening on a different device.Bottom line, if audio quality is your most important factor in looking for headphones, you'll probably be happy with these - I definitely am. That being said, they aren't the most user friendly headphones currently. I'm hoping that software/firmware updates might improve the experience, and I'll update this review if that happens.

Great value for money. Might need tweaks for maxim
The AWC195-B will replace an aging Logitech which is over 10 years old. My laptop is an older model Dell XPS13, which has a great integrated webcam unfortunately positioned on the lower bezel of the display, making it impossible to find a good, flattering angle for the multiple video calls I have during my work week. Here enters the external AWC195-B webcam I purchased.Packaging is minimalistic, good looking and does its job of protecting the product and informing the consumer about the key features. Clearly calls out the main selling points of the camera. The included user manual even includes a handy FAQ about possible issues with audio adjustments. I was a bit surprised to find out the actual camera does not exactly matches the pictures on the product page on Amazon, where the Amcrest logo and the LED are pictures on the right side of the camera. On the unit I received both are on the left side. The camera looks really nice, and it goes well in any office setup. And while I was impressed at the multiple options to set it up (on a monitor, on a flat surface, or in a tripod) I found it challenging to attach it securely at the top of my laptop screen where I would like it to stay. While the product page on Amazon has a picture of it sitting at the top of a laptop, in practice, the camera won’t stay firmly in place but only hanging on the top of display, which is a big disappointment, thus I will either figure out how to firmly attach it to the laptop. It is unlikely I will go through the trouble of replacing it with a different camera. Now to the picture quality: using Windows 10 camera App I found it to be quite grainy on the darker areas. Changing the flicker reduction to 50Hz helped a bit but did not fix it completely. I imagine I would need to resort to the piece of software mentioned on the leaflet to try and fix that. Unfortunately, I did not have time to find or fiddle with that piece of software yet.I used the camera several times with Microsoft Teams for work-related meetings. The image quality is an enormous upgrade compared to my old Logitech. On the other hand, it was possible to observe the grainy artifacts in the darkest areas of the image. In the same fashion as other reviewers, I did not use the camera built in microphone yet and instead used my noise cancelling headset to ensure clear audio in my work calls. As mentioned earlier, the camera is a great VFM and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Performance did not live up to the reviews
I am editing my review because of the vendors commitment to customer satisfaction. The day I left my previous one star review due to the issues I had with the product, and not being able to return it due to too much time having passed. (I was traveling, and didn't immediately open and use it) I was contacted by Andy with PoP Voice. He offered to send me an upgraded microphone or give me a full refund. Can't beat that folks. That is all you can ask for in customer service. I was a little hesitant, but decided to take him up on his offer of an upgraded mic. He said it would be about 7-10 days for arrival, but I received it in about 3. The mic seems to work better. Not as loud as I might like, but it does seem to be louder than the previous version, although it might be in my head. You still have to unplug it to get playback sound on your phone which I don't like but it is not that big of a deal. The major issue I had was the length of the cord. This one is indeed longer than the first one. I would say a little over a foot longer. Not as long as I would like, but still enough to make it functional for my needs. Let me say though, I think my needs are particularly demanding, and myself very picky. I think the majority of people purchasing this mic will be pleased with its performance, quality, and certainly customer service.Great job Andy, and PoP Voice. Thank you.The product is packaged well, and looks good, however, the actual performance is lacking. When a recording is in progress, the audio picked up from the mic is not played through the speakers so you are not sure if it is picking up, or if you need to adjust mic placement. When played back a recording I found the volume level to be consistently lower than either my wireless bluetooth or wired headset would produce on a recording. Also, the cable is short. The length is about what you would expect to be with one of these but the description described it as being "extra long" so unless you took out a tape measure and measured out the length before ordering, you will likely be disappointed as I was. Unfortunately I was out of town for quite some time after holidays and by the time I had a chance to try this, the time to return was closed otherwise I would have sent it back.

Great performance and price
We installed this in a small conference room. It was not the tiny huddle rooms that newer offices have, this is a room that fits up to 8 people at the table, but definitely starts to feel tight once you have more than 6. I compared the NexiGo to multiple conference room cameras with autoframing. They included Jabra, VDO360, Yealink, Innex, Elecom, Anker, Logitech, and several other 4+ star review cameras. The only two that were close on matching performance without major issues were the Elecom and the VDO360. If OBSBOT had their 4K Meet model available, I would have liked to try it based on how much I like my Tiny for personal use, but it was not available yet. This model stood out for the color rendering and zoom when using autoframing. The 3 of them all did a good job autoframing and were good quality images. They also did a great job of working on multiple PCs with a simple plug and play. One strong advantage for this model was that it handled the framing within the camera and had settings programmed using a remote. So, I never had to install a program. Some of the others required the program to be installed to change settings, connect to the camera, or in the case of the Innex, to run the autoframing. Once the camera settings were updated most did a good job of connecting to a new PC and retaining the old settings. That was not so with the Innex. It was also bad because the software was bloated and dragged down my PC. The last thing that made this a slam dunk is that it uses older/traditional USB3 connectors. That means high speed, but also a great length to route cables through the wall, under the floor, and back to the center of the table. A lot of USB C devices couldn’t handle that kind of length. The only thing I did not test extensively was the microphone. I made my set-up work using the NexiGo, a Jabra Speak 750, an HDMI cable, and a Lention USB C dock. I pulled wires to the bottom of the conference table and the Jabra sits on top, but all other cables are buried and only one small USB C cable comes up. When someone walks into the conference room with a Mac or PC, they simply connect the USB-C and they have power, video display, a smart camera, and a speakerphone all recognized and connected in seconds. It works like a dream! I was amazed at the price for my final build. The NexiGo was a great price and outperformed cameras 3x the price!

Solid 1080P Webcam - Good color balance/rendition
There are an almost infinite number of basic webcams available and all will give you some kind of picture you can use for a Zoom call (where you forget you're on mute). But for me, the things that separate out the OK from the Very Nice are: 1. good quality color rendition (no artificial sunburn or locked in a freezer color cast), 2. sharp image, 3. stable and adjustable mount, and 4. audio quality from built-in mics. What you might notice missing on my list are a. a privacy cover and b. autofocus. The first I don't care much about because I'm fine with the video switch built into most software (and don't worry that someone is spying on me through my camera when my computer is off), and the second because autofocus generally stinks on most cameras regardless of price unless you have a fairly simple backdrop. (I set my cameras to fixed focus and then stay put.)The Angetube Webcam does a good to excellent job on my 'must-haves'. Color rendition is better than any other entry-level webcam I own, and images are both accurate and pleasing. The output is true 1080P and seems to be presented without any artificial sharpening (which can always be applied with software). The mount is very good with a lot of degrees of freedom/motion including both up/down and left/right swivel. And the microphone is clean and accurate without being 'tinny', thought I do wish it had a bit more bass response. One thing I'll recommend (if you're picky like me) is that you run the camera through a camera control app. Angetube provides one on their website for both Mac and Windows and while it appears to work and be fairly comprehensive, its not for beginners (the interface is a bit like OBS, which if you know OBS you'll agree is not easy for beginners.) On the Mac there are a number of options including iGlasses and even an Angetube app on the Mac App Store which works terrifically and lets you turn off autofocus and set a fixed focal point and make many other adjustments. (Note: Zoom control requires the camera resolution to be set lower than the FullHD 1080P which can't be done in the App Store version, but can on the software from the Angetube website). All in all (and especially when it's on sale) this camera is a solid choice and should help others see you clearly (when you forget you're on mute.)

The BRIO is a huge upgrade from the C525 or simila
This camera is a rather huge upgrade compared to my old camera, but has only 1 hitch.I came from a Logitech C525 from a few years ago. My only dilemma about that was it just had so much noise and just wasn't smooth. Also, with its age, it was showing signs of wear and tear. I figured I was either upgrading webcams or going into a full blown camera. But it seems fate would have a different idea for me.Looking around for reviews and what not, I mentioned to someone that this camera might work well for them if they were truly going on a budget to use in a conference room. I was actually blown away by the quality it was still delivering when connected to a USB 2.0 connection for 1080p and that is perfectly fine. For that one case scenario, it worked super well! For myself, I eventually was convinced between that conference setup and a few streamers how good of a quality this provides, especially at lower light. So I got this. The camera seems to have way better optimized settings from 720p to 4K, but as a heads up, if you plan to go 4K 60 FPS, this camera can't do it (Though I get the reason why). I would suggest 4K 30 FPS anyways if you only want that high of a quality and plan to push just that quality out. Otherwise, 1080p 60 FPS may be the better route. While I don't have much use for it, the Audio is pretty decent. In the conference room, the walls make the sound just slightly bouncy, but in a way, it is good because you can hear a person from the other side of the room unexpectedly if you are using it on a TV. Makes it more impressive that the person doesn't have to yell either. So if nothing else, it makes for a decent quality alternative when not having a better microphone.I've not regretted it, but there is 1 thing that does irk me slightly. You see, for some reason, the camera loses its settings if you use the regular configuration. I have heard from a streamer that if you use the newer Logitech G-Hub that the settings stick in there, but have yet to test it out as I've heard conflicting stories with that software as I do have a G600 MMO mouse and it sometimes doesn't play nice with the G-Hub which is the only thing that has stopped me from trying it until now, but maybe I'll experiment soon and come back to see if that part is true. After all, Windows 11 has already arrived so I'm sure there will be some things that need changing anyways.
