Great Speakers But...
For the price, these speakers are great out of the box for listening to music. However the default sound settings on them are terrible when it comes to the midrange. This results in a difficult time listening to podcasts and watching YouTube/movies, basically anytime you need to hear a person talk. For anyone who doesn't know what bad midrange sounds like, I will try to describe it. It is hard to make out what a person is saying. You have to put some extra focus on what a person is saying or else it sort of sounds like background noise, like someone is talking and you hear noise but not what they are saying unless you give them your undivided attention. Fortunately this can be fixed with free software like Voicemeeter and SteelSeries sonar. After using steelseries sonar presets it sounds also sounds good for listening to podcasts and music.In short: These are great speakers for the price but will need some tweaking if you plan on using them for anything but music. Overall, I am very happy with them after using free SteelSeries sonar software to adjust the midrange EQ.

Great Speakers
This is my 2nd set of these speakers, bought the 1st for my wife's computer. Just bought the 2nd set for my computer. They work great and are very easy to set up, one wire goes to a USB port the other goes to a speaker port (green colored on my computer). That's it and they sound great and not too expensive. I recommend them.
