Picture quality very good but AUDIO is terrible
I purchased 2 of these. My standard run is a 10-second video on motion detection. The video quality is excellent but the audio is total garbage. They should try to resolve this problem with a firmware update, but that isn't likely on a China-clone camera. The audio makes loud pops and cracks at the beginning of every 10-second video clip, then it has additional pops and cracks throughout the clip.I am debating sending these back but that is a hassle so I may just use them without audio. Audio is very important to me so I don't like doing that.

Smart lock
I’ve gone thru a few smart locks now & this is the first one that has actually worked well. The only issue is it won’t read my children’s fingerprints but they’re 4 & 6 so I understand they’re probably too tiny and light to pick up. Reads my perfectly everytime though! Customer service is the best I’ve received from any seller on Amazon A+++

Smart bulb
The first Kasa smart bulb I ordered and received was defective, only certain colors worked. So I started the refund process and noticed the option to receive a replacement bulb for free. The second bulb worked perfectly. setup was easy and quick. I have plenty of Kasa smart devices and plugs so I’m used to the app. This is a very good reliable brand. Highly recommend to anyone interested. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the initial bulb didn’t work properly.

First I cloud not figure it out but Allen, at customer service was great. Helped me how to use the lock. Great buy, I would purchase this product again .

Smart Lock
I had already bought one for the basement door. The product is fairly simple to set up. Changing the batteries is simply remove a couple of screws. I bought this to replace a broken deadbolt. It works great and can get into your home if you forget your keys. Would recommend.

Great, smart!
Added these to all of the switches in my house, the dimmers are great for my living, basement, and bedroom. Ability to use Siri and IFTTT to schedule things and never flip a switch is great.
