"Waterproof" not guaranteed
I like the features of this camera. Unfortunately, one of mine developed a water leak readily evidenced by moisture beneath the LED cover, moisture within the gasketed enclosure and a rusted screw-head (see photo). I have been denied warranty repair by the vendor who told me to keep using it as-is. Instruction manual states to return a product under warranty, please contact your dealer or our local distributor so I am just SOL. No way am I going to stick a wet memory card from this camera into my computer! Camera might be useful in a dry environment, but I would not bank on it remaining waterproof. We'll see if my second camera develops a leak too. I have a feeling that a China-man is laughing all the way to the bank.7/20/20 update: Vendor chose to honor warranty and sent a replacement camera. All is well and I am satisfied.

You must purchase a card for the camera separately
I am so happy to have purchased this camera, it connects to my laptop so its very easy and affordable but really good quality!!

By far the best bang for the buck
I am a novice photographer. But I'm tired of point and shoot pictures. This camera takes GREAT pictures right out of the box, using the automatic mode. However, I also enjoy tinkering with the settings, and seeing the results. It is very easy with this camera. It's almost hard to take a bad picture. The video is also quite good. I am extremely satisfied with the value I received. Unless you are a professional photographer wanting a high end DSLR, you will love this camera. Plus the battery has good longevity.

Perfect for what I needed
Having pets and traveling can sometimes be an issue, but this camera makes it very easy to check in on them wherever I am.Very pleased with this product

Worked for 1 week. :( UPDATE to 4 stars****
This camera was great for the whole week it worked. Now it won’t hold a charge and won’t turn on. I am in contact with the seller, lets see if they replace it or give my money back. Will update soon.UPDATE: 5-4-2020: the seller has sent (and I received the new camera), charged it and (fingers crossed) the charge is still holding after 2 days! Good customer service! I am happy with their response time.

Up and running quickly
Was able to get the camera up and running quickly. I am using it to analyze my golf swing in slow motion. Hopefully it will payoff on the course.

Poor range
Update 2: I received a replacement camera and so far we haven't had any issues. They shipped us a replacement after sending them a short video of what the original one was doing. They told us we could keep the old one as a back up if it'll work or just for the extra cord! I am so happy with the customer service & the product!Update: I contacted the company and they have had great customer service so far! I think we just have an issue with one of the camera's.I was really excited when these came but we are having an issue with 1 of the cameras. It keeps flashing & saying no camera found. The range is very crappy. I am literally sitting in rooms that share a wall & it says the camera cannot be found. I am really disappointing in the range.
