Mine will motion detect well over 200 ft in daytime
My neighbors house is over 400 ft away. Mine has taken pictures of them moving their truck in the daytime.

Love Mine!
The media could not be loaded.
Mine works flawlessly. Good videos and pictures. Yes, all cellular cameras eat up batteries as they are keeping a connection to a server - thats why they all offer solar panels. Yes with a the free service you can only download pix and must retrieve videos from the sd card - read the whole description folks.. The camera is easy to set up and activate, the app works great which is very important with this type camera. I have never had trouble with the app . It's a great camera at a great deal. Check out my video of a bobcat. Buy the camera - you won't be disappointed!!

Mine is not 16", it is 10"
I love it however it is not 10" aa advertised on this page! In fact the box indicates it is 10" and after measuring it, I confirmed it. I will say that in spite of this, I do love it! It is very sturdy and meets my expectations! The height of it is not an issue but I did want to include this in the review to inform other potential buyers.

Dislikes the chime. The wind will make the motion detector go off. The ding wakes them up so they just unplug it. The lights go on and they wake up to the led’s
